Chapter 12

Today was mine and Luke's one month anniversary. He had a surprise planned for me but he wont tell me. Until then, we watched 'Cabin in the woods'. Scariest. Shit. Ever. I'm gonna have nightmares for the rest of my life. After the movie, it was 6:00 so I decided to get ready.

I put on a purple strapless dress with sparkles on the top half and ruffles on the bottom half. I curled my hair and put it in a ponytail with white sandals with little heels. Luke dressed up in a tuxedo. When he saw me his jaw dropped. What was wrong? Did I look ok? "Do I look ok?" I asked.

"You look beautiful." He said. "You don't look to bad yourself Hemmings." I said. He smiled and wrapped his arm around my waist. We walked out to the car, and he drove to a restaurant. The place was beautiful. Words couldn't even describe it. "It's beautiful." I breathe out. "Just like you." He said. "Look at you being all cheesy." I teased. He just chuckled and the waitress sat us down.

After we ate, Luke drove me to an empty parking lot and he told me to close my eyes. I did as I was told, and I was lead out of the car. With one of his hands in mine, and one of his hands on my waist, I was lead a pretty far distance. After a while, probably like 5 minutes of walking, we stopped. I heard Luke's footsteps walk away. I was getting worried.

I heard other voices and shuffling. Then, Luke told me to sit down, and he lead me to a chair. I heard his footsteps walk away again. "Open." Luke said. I opened my eyes and saw beautiful lights wrapped around the trees. Ashton, Michael, and Calum all dressed up with microphone stands in front of them, and Luke in the front with a microphone stand in front of him and he had his guitar. Then the singing started.

"Oh your eyes, your eyes, make the stars look like they're not shining.

I didn't even realize that I was crying. Luke stopped singing and embraced me in a hug, wiping my tears. "I love you so much baby." He said in my ear. "I love you too Luke." I said. Best. Night. Ever.
