Nia's POV
"In first place, Awesomeness by Elise!"
Of course.
It had to be Elise.
Why?
"Now to Junior Group Dances!
In fifth place, Sunshine!
In fourth place, Friday!
In third place, Lollipop!
In second place, Darkness!
In first place, Forget!"
We didn't place.
Abby is going to be so mad!
After the awards, we went back to the dressing room to change out of our costumes.
Abby already had an angry look on her face.
"Girls, I am VERY disappointed in you!
I choreograph you an amazing dance with great music and costumes, and you have the advantage of Nia the negro not being in it!
So why couldn't you win?"
Mom was getting angry, I could tell.
"Abby, you just listen up.
You act like a middle school bully!
You racially discriminate against young girls!
You give people labels!
The reason they didn't win is because it was a racist dance!"
Abby's POV
How dare Holly say that to me!
I let her daughter on this team even though she is black!
From the beginning I was planning my team to be all white!
Why did I pick her?
They are both so ungrateful.
So I am going to show Nia how grateful she should be that I let her on this team.
I have some choreographing to do.
