Hi guys, Chanel here. Okay so first thing is first. Welcome to Broken, thank you for choosing to read this story. But there are a few things you should know before reading it. First thing is that this story contains mature and sensitive content. The entire plot of this book revolves around a very sensitive and mature topic. I personally wouldn't recommend this book for anyone younger than eighteen or anyone who gets offended too easily.
This book is fiction, it has no root in any real life story and the reason I wrote this book is to show what some people are going through. People these days are so quick to wish for death and never stop and look at what other people are going through. Your best friend who may seem so happy and so straightforward maybe going through something heart wrenching. And you're sure to see plots and themes revolve around that as well in this book. I do not mean to offend or insult anyone or anything. But this book may teach or show you a lot. For me, personally, just writing and planning this book has taught me so much about both myself and other people.
And for those who may be going through similar situations as the characters in this book, please take this book as something to inspire you, which is another huge reason why I wrote this book. I've seen so many people around the world go through this, I hope that I can bring more awareness or help somebody through any problems they may have. Just making one person smile is the world to me, if this book can teach one person anything then that's worth every second of the past two years I've put into this and I'm always hear to listen. Whether it's on this app or my Instagram or anywhere else you can reach me. Please know that no matter what you're going through, it has an end. Every night has a morning, every tunnel has an exit. Some tunnels are just longer than others. Keep fighting, keep going. You never know what lies ahead. After all, the most successful people in our world, come from the most humble beginnings. Every single one of you is precious to someone, and that alone is worth fighting for.
One more thing that should be stated is that, as much as I appreciate and love my readers, you guys are my everything, I wouldn't be anything without you, but I won't change anything in my book for anyone. I'm fully aware and telling you that this book contains controversial and sensitive content and topics, I'd love to hear your feedback and I appreciate constructive critics my but I do not tolerate any type of hate. If you can't handle the sensitivity in this book, it's fine. Just don't read it and don't give me hate because it won't change anything for me.
              And yes I'm aware that this book might create unrest or offense but it has taken me longer than two years to write passionately so I won't hesitate to ignore any hate. And the purpose of this book isn't to be racist, sexist or offensive, it's just to bring awareness to some topics and show some lessons that I feel like are valuable and important to learn. And the sole purpose is to help people dealing with the same thing.
I think that's all, I hope this didn't hurt anybody but I feel like it's something that should be stated before you read this book since I want everything except drama and problems. Again, if you decide to continue reading this book, you're reading at your own risk. But I do recommend it for those who are open minded and can handle it. Anyway I hope you all will enjoy it!
