ＳＰＥＣＩＥＳ mermaid - he lives and breathes under water, having gills and a tail. his scales are a medium blue color with lighter blue highlights. instead of human teeth, he has razor sharp canines in the front with more blunt teeth in the back. he can breathe above water for a bit, but it gets hard to do after a few minutes because his body isn't built for that.
