Francois sighs and then asks while untying the (h/c) haired girl from the chair,"Tell me again why you're doing this Oliver?"
"Because I'm tired of waiting for the two said new countries to show up and I want to be the first to find them" Oliver told him.

....okay, I think I'm ready....
I thought while looking at myself through the mirror, satisfied with the outfit I chose. The outfit I decided on is a goldish-yellow short sleeve T-shirt with my leg braces over my black leggings.
...alright, better meet Alfred it's almost 7....
Mini time skip~
America's POV~
...how is it out of all the citizens of my country I can't here some of (Name)'s thoughts....
3rd POV ~
Narrator: It is said that personification of countries can randomly hear their citizens thoughts when close by.
But...they can only here each others thoughts by three factors.
One, related by blood. For example the Italian brothers and German brothers.
Two, intertwined by the red strings of fate. Only a few can see them like Japan.
Three, if and when found & taking care of by another country. For example when China is taking care of Japan or England taking care of America.
Now let's get back to the story shall we!
America's POV ~
...is it possible?....no....there's no way she could be one of the two new countries....could she be?....should I bring it up at tomorrows world meeting?.....idk.....maybe I'll wait and see-...
"Hi Alfred"
I got snapped out of my thoughts and noticed (Name) coming up to me.
"Hey (Name), ready?" I asked.
"Yep," she replied with a soft smile on her face.
(Name)'s POV~
...I wonder.....who else I'll meet?...not only that I still need to make a full plan on my rescue plan.....I should use woogle maps to know the lay out where the location (F/Name)'s cellphone is giving me....
Alfred and I made our way into the dining hall to find most of the tables taken.
A few seconds later I noticed Feli waving his arms in the air. Signaling me and Alfred to come over.
Within a couple of minutes Alfred and I made it to Feli's table.
....I wonder who the other three are....so far I know Alfred, Feli, Ludwig, Matthew, and Arthur.....
"Ve~ Cíao bella! Let me introduce you to our-a friends! This is Elizabeth, Roderick, and Antonio"
