"Ringggg!" The third bell goes off and it's time for lunch. At my old school I would never eat in the cafeteria, I would normally just go with a group of friends and eat under the football bleachers. Since I was at a new school and everything I figured I should eat at the cafeteria.
As I enter the eating place I see a group of people surrounding a table. Being the nosy bitch I am, I wondered my way over there. I see some girls that I saw earlier in the day, you know.... the ones that pushed me to the ground by running frantically towards something. In the center of the group, is a tall lanky boy who for some reason looks quite uncomfortable. I obviously dodge that table and head to the one with like one random person at it.
I see Noen and am about to say hi, when he actually starts to talk to me first. Boy it must be my lucky day I guess cause he sat right across from me. "I saw you stalking me when I walked in this morning, in first period" he says as he sits down. I chuckle, cause I secretly know it's kinda true. "What's your name" he asks. "My names Y/N." "Wow Y/N, what a lovely name" he says in a playful fun way. I swear there is something about this boy that is just so irresistible. I cant tell if he's flirting with me half the time or just trying to be funny.
Me and Noen immediately click on the spot. In that 30 minutes of lunch time we learn so much about each other. Right before lunch ends he asks for my Snapchat.
As I leave the cafeteria I say my goodbyes to Noen and make my way to fourth period. Walking down the hallway I get a buzz in my back pocket. "Noen added you as a friend!" I grin to myself. First day of school and already going off to a good start.
I enter into my fourth period class room and a familiar crowd of people catches my eye. You have to be kidding me, it's the boy and people surrounding him again. What's this kids deal, and why does he have people around him 24/7.
I want to see his face cause every time I look at him he's looking down. Suddenly he looks up and we make eye contact for a good 5 seconds. His eyes are inviting and he gives a small smirk. Interesting.
