~A TIK TOK OF A RIDE~ w/ Kevin Perry & Noen Eubanks

Chapter Eight (Satuday)

As soon as me and Noen walk in, kids are dancing, playing games and drinking. For some odd reason, I'm flushed with nervous emotions. I suddenly feel like the odd man out being the "new kid" at the party.

Noen turns to me with a worrisome expression, "are you ok? You don't look ok." I tried to shake my nervousness away and tell Noen I'm gonna go get us a drink from the kitchen. Noen looks at me very confused and nods his head and I make my way to the kitchen.

On my way over it feels as if there are a million eyes on me as I enter the kitchen I see Kevin. "Oh!" He starts, while putting down his drink, "y/n you made it! I was hoping you'd come!" "Yeah!" I say "I came with my good friend Noen!" He stops and looks at me straight in the eyes. "Eubanks?" He says firmly. "Yes?" "What about him?"  "Oh nothing never mind" Kevin says. "No, what is it?" I ask. He sighs, " we just don't get along that much" Kevin then gets distracted and goes off to talk to some kid named Ethan.

I get me and Noen drinks and head back to find him. When I finally spot him, he's got his arm around some brunette chick who he's talking and laughing with. I immediately get jealous and part of me just wants to let loose and go crazy. I down both of our drink and I feel warm, loopy, and it seems like I got heavier with every step I took.

I sloppily stumble through the crowd of amped up teenagers. And go back to where Kevin was standing. Right as me and Noen lock eyes from across the room, I grab Kevin's face and kiss him. At first Kevin is shocked and doesn't kiss back, but he leans in and pushes himself on to me and kisses me back.

Everyone at the party begins to hoot and holler, one guy even yelled "yeah Kevin get it!" I suddenly get a mix of nervousness and whatever was in that drink and everything goes black.
