Kevin hands me the backpack to me and looks me in the face and smirks. "Hey you're that girl from fourth period that I awkwardly stared at for a bit" he says randomly. "Sorry that sounded really creepy, I'm Kevin by the way." "I'm Y/N" I say, but I feel my face getting hot and rosy.
Me and Kevin have a small conversation but I can't stop gazing off at his face, it's like he's some kind of magnet and I can't stop being attracted to it.
My ride is here and I get up to leave. Getting up ready to leave, Kevin says "hey Y/N," he hands me a flyer type thing. It reads, "PARTY SAT AT 6" with an address of someone's house. "You should come, my parents are out of town this weekend, it'll be a good time" Kevin says with one of his awkward smiles. "Yeah I'd love to go" I say while heading to my moms car.
"How was school honey?" my mom asks as soon as I get in the car. "It was good but could I ask you something" I say quickly. "Sure honey go ahead" she says. "Can I go to a party on Saturday, I promise I'll be home on time." "Wow a party already?, I guess you could go as long as you come back on time." "Thanks mama" I say and give her a quick kiss on the cheek.

Later that night I get a text from Noen asking if I have any plans this weekend, and wants to know if we could hang out. I tell him I'm going to a party this weekend and ask if he wants to go with me. "I'll pick you up at 5:30" he says. "Ok then, it's a date" I type and send while blushing to myself.
Even though it's only Thursday night and the party is on Saturday, I get up from bed and rush over to my closet selecting an outfit I want to wear.
After shuffling through my whole closet for a good fifteen minutes, I have come to the conclusion that all of my clothes are shit. Looks like I'll need to go shopping tomorrow.
