Part One

"Hey. Are you okay?"

You blinked your eyes from staring at nothing when you heard his voice.

You turned your head slightly to face the owner of the voice and faked a smile. "Of course, I'm just tired." you answered. From the hint of worry sat on his brow, you know that you didn't fool him.

You know what you need to do to salvage the situation was to drop the act and forget what you are feeling just for a while. But f-ck, it was so hard.

It was so hard to act like you are happy, especially if the reason you were hurting right now is in front of your face.

Min Yoongi. The man you knew since you moved here four years ago for college. The man that refused to trust people except you and his six brothers. The man that people are avoiding because of his tattoos and cold demeanor. The man you also fell in love with. 

The same man that have his arm around in another woman's waist right now.

Yoongi called you earlier to meet him in his apartment because he wanted to have dinner. You just didn't expect that the dinner he was talking about are for three people.

This is the first time you see Yoongi with another woman except you. The sight really caught you off guard so you didn't know how to react and how to behave.

"I'm going home, Yoongi. I'm really tired, sorry. I will make it up to you next time, though. Promise!" you said. You stood from your chair and waved them goodbye.

Yoongi eyed you both with worry and suspicion. He knew that you are lying. You can just say that you don't want to eat with them. You didn't have to lie. He didn't like it. You never lie to him before.

"I'll walk you home." he said. Yoongi attempted to stand but you stopped him. You knew he will just interrogate you so you stopped him.

"No need, Yoongles! What? Are you really going to leave Lara by herself here?" you teased him. "I can go home by myself. I'm a big girl."

You walked to the door. You heard them talking behind you but you didn't pay attention anymore. You really just need to leave.

You're so weak, you thought to yourself. You can't even endure the sight for a few hours! What happened if he decided to marry the girl, huh?! You hide your feelings for four years but once you saw him with another woman, you become a coward! 

You opened the door and stepped outside. You are ready to walk away when someone grab your arm gently. It's Yoongi. You are busy to have a pity party for yourself that you didn't even notice that he followed you.

"What are you doing here?" you asked. You stared at him incredulously. Yoongi just stared back at you blankly. "What?!" you asked again.

"You are hiding something from me and I don't like it." he stated, pissed. "You know what I'm capable of, yeah? I will find out what your secret is." He stared at your eyes intensely for several seconds and released your arm. He walked back inside without another word.

With your heart beating crazily fast and your mouth slighty open, you turned around and walked away.

You know that if Yoongi really wants to find out your secret, he will not stop pestering you until you confess to him. After all, he know how to get information out of people. The fact that he let you got away like that is because he still wanted you to tell him in your own will.

Yoongi thought that you never lied to him but the truth is, you are lying to him for years. You promised to him that you will never betrayed his trust but what did you do?
