Star and Tom were back at the castle. Tom was attending to the princess's wounds. He had her lay in bed and dabbed the scars with a wet washcloth. He didn't like seeing her in pain
"Star, you need to talk to your parents. This is getting really serious."
"I know. But then they'll know that I went."
"They'll find out anyway with your wounds."
Star let out a sigh and sat up in bed. She tried to make her way to the throne room but not without help. Tom put her arm around his neck and helped her downstairs. As they arrived, Moon instantly noticed something was wrong
"Star! What happened?!" She ran towards her
"I sorta came across Marco in the Monster Temple. We had a fight and he hit me a few times. But I'm okay!"
"No, you're not! We need to clean you up."
"Wait mom! There's something I have to tell you." Star paused. She didn't know how her mother would react to what she's about to say
"Toffee is back." Moon gasped. They all stood there in silence for what felt like hours. Moon suddenly started walking away to grab her battle armor
"Mom! Where are you going?!" Star tried to reach out to the queen but she aggravated her injuries. Moon came back
"I'm sorry Star but don't worry. It's time I take care of Toffee once and for all. He's messed with this family for far too long." Moon hugged Star and kissed her on the forehead. "In the meantime, you should get some rest."
Star nodded. She had Tom help her back to her room and in bed. After Tom left the room, she started thinking about what happened. She knew her best friend was in there somewhere. Eventually, she drifted off to sleep

Moon was riding on her horse towards the temple. She was ready to face Toffee head on. Unfortunately, Toffee was ready for her. He was standing right by the entrance
"Hello Moon. Long time no see."
"Listen Toffee, leave my daughter alone. She's been through enough already." Marco appeared behind Toffee
"Oh hey queen. What do you want?"
"Marco, listen to me. Don't listen to Toffee. Come back home. You're a part of our family. I know you're a good kid. Don't do this." Marco had a somewhat sincere look on his face. He didn't know how to respond to this. Toffee interupted his thoughts
"Sorry my queen but that won't work." Moon was so concerned that she didn't pay attention to her surroundings. She accidentally tripped up an invisible wire which activated a trap door below. She fell through the floor and was instantly tied up
"Marco, if you please?" Toffee gestured and Marco walked towards the trap with the wand in hand. Moon desperately looked up at him
"Apologies Moon, but I got work to do." He blasted Moon, knocking her unconscious
