Fuyumi lives in hope that her tarnished family will repurpose itself and blossom anew. She hopes that if she's still resides in the Todoroki household, the home she grew up in, she will one day have a normal, stable family waiting for her inside.
Natsuo, being the middle child, believes he knows all known perspectives and knowledge to know that nothing will change. In his ideology, anyone can change, just not Enji.
Shoto has no idea what a standard family is like. He wishes to come into contact with that knowledge at some point. But otherwise, he doesn't think having one of his own is possible.
As for Touya... Not much can be said about him. His opinion is indifferent and concrete; the Todorokis can never be a family.
Rei believes that she, Touya, Fuyumi, Natsuo, and lastly Shoto can be a family without Enji. Without him, they could survive. A normal childhood for her children and a stable life for herself. Sounds selfish, but who can blame her?
