Sorry not sorry

Kavya went with Naira. "I'm sorry." She said, sitting beside her and catching her hand. "You didn't tell me about your love?" Naira scrunched her eyebrows, with a serious face. "I was scared to tell you and Arjun. You know..."

"What?" Naira snapped. "I'll show you Sumedh. I'm sure you'll like him." Kavya smiled with a hope. "Then show!" Naira adjusted herself on the bed, crossing her legs. Kavya opened her phone and showed their selfie.

"When was this?" Naira asked. "That time when we had a fancy dress day in our college and we both decided to dress up like Radha Krishna." Kavya said. "He looks cute tho!" Naira winked, making Kavya blush a little. "Thank you Naira di." She said. Kavya calls Naira di, when she loves her to core. Di or didi means elder sister in Hindi. "You look so mischevious as always. Sumedh looks so innocent as if he's taking a selfie of himself." Naira laughed. "I photobombed as usual." Kavya laughed. "He looks so apt as Krishna and you look so apt as Radha. You both look so cute together. I hope you guys last forever." Naira hugged her sister. "We will Nairu. Don't worry. We have amazing plans for our future." Kavya said. "I love to see you happy." Naira said.

Their time was interrupted by a cough by Arjun. "You were so angry on her."

"Yeah. But I'm fine now. He showed me a picture of Sumedh. They look so cute together. Akshu did a great job by spilling everything." Naira chuckled. Kavya grinned nervously. "Show him to me...!" Arjun snatched the phone from Kavya's hands. "He looks cute."

"Thanks Bhaiya." Kavya hugged Arjun. "You guys will love him. I'm sure about that."

She calls him bhaiya when she absolutely adores him. Bhaiya means elder brother in Hindi. "We need to meet him in person after going back." Arjun said. "Of course Arjun. You will meet him." Kavya said.

After some days...

Brie's suspension was over from the college. She was guilty about what she did and decided to befriend Naira and her friends. "You're here?? I was waiting for you." Patrick, Naira's new friend, pulled her into a hug. They became best friends in no time. "I hate you Patrick." Damaris said, pretending to be serious. "Why? Is everything alright?" Patrick asked. "You forgot us. You only care about N?" Damaris half-heartedly rolled her eyes. "I'm sorry Dams. I love you too!" Patrick hugged Damaris. She chuckled. "I was just pulling your leg."

"I knew it!" Patrick smirked. "Really?" She asked. He nodded. They ran into someone. "Can't you see and walk?" Akshita shouted. "Sorry." She replied. Naira, Akshita, Damaris and Patrick widened their eyes with a jaw dropping expression. "BRIE JUST SAID SORRY!"

They were shocked. Being a bully, Brie always teased others and made fun of them, insulted them badly. But now, they are thinking she has changed. "I'm sorry." She said. "Really I am. Will you be friends with me?"

"You're lending your hand for friendship. Is this serious?" Patrick exclaimed in amusement. "I am guilty of my mistakes. Past few days I was interrogating myself that am I even doing anything to anyone? Like seriously, I am a big trouble to the college and I'm not even getting anything because of that." Brie said. "That's a great realisation." Naira said. "Welcome to the group!!" Akshita hugged Brie. Soon, they had a group hug. They don't know what's going on. But they're ready to accept her as their friend. "Brie, this is my best friend Abhignya." Naira introduced. "Hey Abhignya. Nice to meet you." Brie hugged her.

They're shocked by her gesture. They thought that she'll start bullying her as she did with them. But to their surprise, she responded sweetly. They started believing her slowly.

"So let's go to class?" Abhignya asked. "Sure." Damaris said.

After class...

"Guys, I'm planning to go to bowling tomorrow as it's weekend." Brie said. "Count me in." Patrick said quickly. "My brother will be joining us." Brie informed. "Sure." Naira said. "We're enjoying tomorrow!" Damaris squealed. "With our new bestie!" Abhignya jumped with joy. "Let's call it a day now. I'm exhausted. We have to finish the assignments given by Mrs. Moores." Akshita said. "I totally forgot about that one. I have to buy statlers and pencils. Abhi, will you?" Naira asked. "Oh, yeah, guys are you coming for dinner tonight?" Damaris asked. "Yeah we are and we're excited!" Akshita said. "Wait, what's going on?" Brie asked. "Damaris is announcing something." Patrick shrugged. "I'll be there. Just message me the address." Brie said. "Sure." Damaris said.

That night...

Everyone is enjoying themselves at Damaris's house. She has moved in with Chris. "Hey Chris, this is Brie, our new friend." Damaris said. "Hey Brie." Chris hugged her briefly. "So guys!" Damaris clinged her glass with a spoon. Everyone became attentive. "I'm going to tell you a story."

"Say, say. I'm excited!" Patrick threw his hands in the air. "Come on Damaris. We're waiting!" Varun tapped his fingers on the table. Damaris started. "A girl, who is expectant of her life full of dreams, meets a boy. She thinks that relationship won't last long. But when she gets a dream of marriage, she pants hard. But when..." Her puppy came running from inside, a slate hanging around her neck.

"WHAT?"

"NO WAY!"

"I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!"

"IS THIS EVEN FOR REAL?"

YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME, MAN!"

Everyone reacted this way. "Yes, we're engaged!!" Damaris announced. "Congratulations!!" I can't express how happy I am for you." Akshita sobbed hugging Damaris. The hug was soon joined by others. "Selfie time...!" Patrick cheered, holding up his phone. The made faces to take the selfie. They pointed out the couple to announce their engagement.

That night was spent wonderfully.

So guys, I'm back with another update!!!!!!!!!! Yayyyyyy!!!!!! Do you think that Brie has really changed? What will happen when they go to bowling?
