I looked at blaze with a guilty look on her face. But the truth is I was really scared to talk about what really happened. Before the seizure. You know how my dad was acting.

He asked “what's wrong?”

I said “I'm afraid to say.”

he stated “you can tell me anything.”

I stated “yeah,but I'm scared I don't want you worrying or anything.”

he said “well,it seems like you need help. Let me help you.”

I said “alright,i wasn't out jogging I was running from my dad.”

he simply said why?”

“well, when I got home my dad was acting all psycho and he started yelling and screaming at me. I wasn't scared, but then he became violent and started throwing things. He threw a knife at me and that's why my arm is all wrapped up in bandages. So after he threw the knife I ran towards school and somewhere on the way I had a seizure.”

he said “i think that's very interesting but why didn't you tell the doctor.”

I replied “i panicked,i was nervous and scared.”

he said “well what are you gonna do?”

I stated “well I need to find a place to stay for a couple of nights.”

he said suggestively “you can stay with me and my mom.”

I said “don't you want to ask your mom first.”

he said “she'll be fin with it. She like it when you come over.”

I said “i don't want to intrude or anything.”

he said “it'll be fine.”

a nurse walked in with brownish hair and dark emerald green eyes. She was fair skinned and that dress she was wearing was great. She must be new. She said I could leave. So I changed into my clothes and me an blaze walked to his house. When we got there the house was different way different. At it looked like and old abandoned beach house. All cluttered and what not.

Now it has earth tone brown walls. New red comfortable couch. A new flat screen it practically reminds me of home. My old home anyway.

Blaze said “mom.”

she said “what did I do?”

blaze replied “why did you change the house.”

I said “it's okay.”

his mom said “anyway we're happy you're staying with us. Blaze would you show her to the guest room.”

he smiled fakely “of course.”

he took me down the hall and we ended up in a light green room. To the right there was a square window made up of four smaller squares. To the left was a closet that blaze was getting sheets out of.

“i guess I should go home then.”

“what!” he shouted lowly

“to get my clothes,i do need sleep wear.”

“okay,but I'm coming with you”he stated.

“next door.”

“yes,i wanna make sure your safe.”

“okay,you can come.”

we walked out and told his mom we were going next door. When we walked in my room blaze looked disappointed and curious.

“what”i said.

“your room doesn't look the way I thought it would”he stated.

I asked “and what did you expect.”

he answered “posters,colors,no boxes.”

I said “I'm not that kind of girl.”

he said “then what kind of girl are you?”

I replied “that's for me to know and you to find out.”

he said changing the subject “where did you get this knife?”

I said “which one?”

“this really cool one on the wall, with the cool engravings in it.”

I quickly turned around “no don't touch it.”

he said “why.”

“my mother gave it to me”i stated.

My mom gave it to me when I was twelve. She was laying in a hospital bed, slowly dying of co pd. She told me she would always be there for me and she wanted me to have something. She handed me the silver dagger with little leaves tumbling in the wind engraved in it. I looked up and smiled…but she was gone.

I continued “she had died of cop d.”

he then looked at me with an apologetic look on his face. And then I showed him something I've never shown anyone before. I waved him over to where I was standing. I opened the drawer I had full of knives.

He looked at me with a astonished look and said “are you a assassin in training?”

I laughed “no,but I got into collecting ninja-stars and swords after she died.”

he smiled “so are we taking these to?”

“you think your mom would mind?”

“no.”

I said “umm, okay you carry the knives I carry the box full of clothes.”

so we took everything back to the house. And everything was put up. But it seems like no matter what I did I felt out of place. And I didn't know why.
