Just one short month later, the scouts had begun the 57th recon mission.

Ammy sat on her horse, next to Eren. She heard the sound of two small children "Look sis! That's the scouts! their gonna go outside to reclaim places that belonged to us humans!" a little boy said to his sister "Wow!" the little girl said as the two waved to her and Eren. Ammy smiled and waved her hand to the little children. Ammy looked back over to the wall as the gate was raised. Ammy tapped her horse to go as they left the city. Ammy looked around at the broken buildings and trees. Ammy looks over to two fellow soldiers, jumping off their horses to kill a 10meter. Ammy went to bite her lip but then remembered. She sighed as she listened to Eren ask a squad member if their friends would survive a Titan. "Eren, will we have to, um, go Titan so to speak you think?" she muttered. Eren shook his head "Not sure but I think we won't have to." Ammy flicked the straps to head to her form in the formation. Ammy watched as everyone began to head to their places. Ammy felt something tingle in her chest with worry as a new recruit named Erika headed to the front of the formation, towards the right. "Eren, wasn't Erika on left back corner right?" Ammy mumbled.

A bit later (Get it 'bit'? 😂)

Ammy checked the sky for any smoke until. 'Black!?' she check to see as more black smoke appeared. 'Oh god...' she went to her bag pulling out a black smoke gun, firing it, and continued down the trail. Ammy looked over to Eren as he said '*Ammy which direction did that smoke come from?* Ammy clenched the lead '*Armin's direction...*' she clenched to the though hopping he's okay. Ammy looked at her scarf and clenched it thinking about when she was little, when she had no care in the world. Ammy propped her self up to the sound of a second fire. 'Yellow!' hope filled Ammy as she shot her yellow flare. 'At least they could terminate what evers out there.' Ammy looked ahead of the trail as they turned to see "A forest?" she watched as they entered the forest as Eren said "Capt. if I may why are we in a forest I mean, if any titans appear they'll be on top of us when it's to late." Levi sighed "Look around these big ass trees. They are perfect for 3dm gear." Ammy sighed as something made Ammy turn around. She turned her head seeing two soldiers come from the trees then SPLAT! Ammy Screeched at the sight of the soldiers being smashed against a tree by two 14m titans. Ammy felt fear grip her tightly as she saw as the two "Females!" she muttered in fear, "Female Abnormals!!" She screeched as she fired a smoke signal. Ammy looked over to Eren and the others until something whispered to her 'Just bite your self, then everyone will be safe...' Ammy fluttered her eyes open and lifted her hand until "Ammy! Eren don't you guys trust us!?" Petra yelled. Ammy flickered her eyes to her, Eren, then her hand. Then a flashback hit her like a wall.

"Okay I'll fire the smoke signal and Ammy you'll go first, then Eren." Hange said. Ammy nodded and climbed down the ladder. Ammy looked up to the top of the sky as a green smoke flew in the air. "Okay..." Ammy lifted her hand and bit down

Eren sat on the ground and waited "Ammy are you okay? Did you see the smo-" Levi stopped as Hange gasped. Eren ran over and saw Ammy drenched in her own blood "It-It's not working!" she cried as she bit down again with a louder crunch.

**Ammy** Ammy Felt her teeth on the bone. CRACK! Ammy could feel her teeth on the bone making her scream "Ammy were done! Your here were done for today!" Ammy looked up "B-But Captain I can do it I swear I can!" she screams as she bites down again.

Ammy felt her hands sting with pain as Levi spoke "So your hands both show no sign of healing!?" Ammy unwrapped her bandages showing the bloody-flesh showing hands. "N-No sir." both Ammy and Eren muttered as Levi walks away to talk to Petra. "Hey I guess it shows your more human than you think you are." Oluo said as Eld spoke next, "Hey it's better now then on the field." Ammy glanced at Eren them back at her cup of tea, '* Eren their scared of us...aren't they? *' he went to pick up his spoon '* I think they might *'. Eren leaned over to pick up his spoon as he squeaks in pain. Ammy sighs 'He can get it...' as she leans over to take a sip of her tea. 'Now pic up the cup Ammy, ignore the pain..' she tried to prepare her self for the pain until Spark went her cup 'Huh?' then BOOM! Ammy could feel flesh trapped around her eyes and her hands. Ammy could feel her heart begin to pound as...
