Kaye sucks. Kaye failed. Kaye knows nothing anymore. This is just a few of the insults I had from my father. I was once an Engineering student. He was once proud of his Daddys little girl. I was once his gold tooth. I always top among all the students in the university, but later on I found no inspiration to continue that passion. So I quit college. My parents were so mad and embarrassed they sent me away from home. I was sent to Butuan City, and from then I heard about Siargao and the surf camps there, so I came to visit it and started performing on stage.

The music is loud against my ears but it only made me dance wilder. I already had my 5 shots of Tequila at medyo malikot na ang paligid ko. After around three more songs, a man came up on stage and stopped the band from playing. So we all stood there looking at him.

Im sorry for the interruption. I would like to give this stage to the girl who once rocked this place, and had been rocking the countrys music lately and would hopefully roll this place once and for all. Lets give it up for Arya Ladesma! - man on mic.

The whole crowd was cheering and clapping for me.

I went up on stage.

Im pretty sure these people will have a very good time.

The band started playing the intro of Kisapmata in our own version. Our version is 2x faster than the original arrangement of the music and is hard rock.

When its time for me to start the first line, the song felt like lyrics of my own emotions. I couldnt help myself to cry.

The party is just getting hotter. Party people loves music that makes them dance, but they love music that they can sing along more.

Hindi rin naman ako ang nag - arrange nito, it was one of the bands that I looked up to in Manila who arranged it.

The people screamed at the familiar tone of the music. This is going to be crazier.

Pasensiya na, kung patutulugin lang muna

Ang pusong napagod kakahintay

Kaya sa natitirang segundong kayakap ka

Maaari bang magkunwaring akin ka pa

The people are dancing and singing at the same time.

Baka sakaling makita kitang muli

Pagsikat ng araw, paglipas ng gabi

Kung di pipilitin

Ang di para sakin

Baka sakaling maibalik

Mala--ya ka na

Mala-ya ka

I cannot contain my own joy right now, this is the life Ive chosen. This is the person whom I wanted to be. And this music feeds my soul.

This is not the life my father wanted me to have. But all my success is a slap to his damn pride and greed. This is not even a decent job sabi niya. I could have had a better life as an Engineer and have a damn life with a rich husband No Dad, I am a musician. And this is how I want to live my life.

They are shouting for more. Pero bumaba na ako sa stage. My head is spinning more than ever.

That was so rock and roll! Thank you for the performance Arya. Were so happy to have you back, - siya

Ahhh. Siya pala yung manager nitong club. He was the same man who hired me here two years ago but I cannot remember his name no matter how hard I recall. My head already aches. Oh my, men nowadays talks a lot than women do.

Last na to, I just really have to be too wasted to forget tonight.

How can the world be this blur? Paika-ika na ako kung maglakad. I feel like I will throw-up anytime.

Naglakad na ako patungo sa resort ko. It was just a few walks away. Naglalakad ako without a sense of direction. The world stopped spinning because everything went black. Im so hoping that my knight in shining armor is ready to catch me falling.
