Day 4- on a date

Emil stared in the mirror making sure he looked perfect. Formal, but not too formal. Soon he found that he was happy with his look and waited for his date to arrive.

As Emil herd a knock on the door he grew nervous. He opened the door to see Leon, also dressed semi-formal.

"Um... this is for you..." Leon held out a small bunch of flowers made up of five to seven white, yellow, and purple flowers. Emil blushed taking the bunch "thanks..." he put the flowers in a nearby face telling himself he'll fix them later.

The two walked out to the car that was parked in the road. Emil smiling to himself as he looked out the window thinking about his love. The car ride soon ended as they arrived at a restaurant. It was high class but not too high class. This made Emil happy. He felt uncomfortable in places that were virtually perfect, unlike him. Lukas made him go somewhere like that with the other Nordics once. He felt like he was so out of place. But now, he was somewhere he knew he wouldn't feel weird. It made him happy to know Leon knew him so well.

Emil and Leon got seated and ordered their food. Emil was having fun but felt weird. He didn't like the feeling of paranoia. What was bugging him?! Then he realized that they were the only gay couple.

"What's wrong?" Leon asked realizing the change in his boyfriend's mood.

"Nothing... it's just..." Leon looked to Emil interested. Emil's voice grew quiet "I mean... we're...".

"Gay?" Leon said with no discomfort in his voice. How did he say it so easily!?! "Yeah, that..." Emil said looking down at his food.

"You don't have to like, feel weird about it... it's not that noticeable... who cares about if the strangers like see or whatever, they're strangers." He had a point. Emil smiled at him. He was suddenly glad to be there with him and nobody else... even if he was a boy!
