Chapter 7 |A few days later|

***Dean's POV***

Saturday. Finally. I sit up too quickly and my head spins. I hold my head, leaning against the wall for support. I swing my legs over the edge of my bed and plant them on the ground. I check my phone for the time, almost 9 o'clock. I pull on jeans and my dad's leather jacket. I run down the stairs loudly and see Sammy at the table. "Hey Sammy, going to Cas's house. See you later," I say.

"Dean, wait," he says and I stop, just about to open the door, "Don't you think you've been spending alot of time with Cas? You never really went over there everyday."

"No... He's my best friend. Am a allowed to hang out with my friend of 11 years?" I ask. He shrugs. I leave my house and run over to Cas's and knock a few times before letting myself in. I see Gabriel, Castiel's brother, sitting on the couch. I think he's 21, and still lives here.

"Hey, I'm going up to Cas's room." I say to Gabe. He nods and leans forward, elbows on knees, watching the TV. I walk quietly up to Cas's room, know he is asleep. I open the door slowly and walk in. I step out of my boots and sit next to him on his bed. His dark brown hair is standing up in all different directions. His torso is bare except his blue sheet. I tuck my legs under the sheet with him and lay on my side, watching him.

He stirs and shifts slightly closer to me. I grin as his bright sapphire eyes flicker open. His sleep filled eyes light up and a smile pours onto his face.

"Hey." I whisper. He closes his eyes, but, surprisingly, his smile gets bigger and his body moves closer to mine. Lanky arms wrap around my waist. I close my eyes, taking in his warm embrace. I feel the rough scabs of the light cuts on his arms. He had promised me he would never hurt himself again. And I trust him he won't.

"Good morning." I whisper. His eyes open again and he presses a small kiss to my neck.

"Good morning, Dean." he whispers against my neck, hot air wrapping around it. I slide my arm under him, pushing his body onto mine. He grunts, but complies. He buries his face in my jacket, breathing deeply. His crazy hair tickles my chin. I feel his hand under my shirt, trailing his cold fingers along my ribs. I shiver under his touch when his whole hand presses against my side.

"Cas..." I warn. If what he is suggesting right now, it can't happen. Gabe is downstairs, his Mom is in the kitchen and Michael is coming home today, I think. "Is Mikey coming home today?" I ask.

"Oh... yeah. I forgot." he said solemnly. He stands up and walks to his closet.

"What? You sound dissapointed."

"I just wanna spend the day with you. Like, like we are a couple. You know my family won't approve." he turns back around with a shirt in his hands.

"Yeah, but we can still hang out. It's not like I'm a stranger." I stand up and help him button the shirt. I run my hands over his chest and around his waist, pulling him closer.

"It's not the same, though. You know that." he responds. He rest his head on my chest for a second before we hear Cas's mom knocks on his door and we scramble to get apart.

"Come in," he squeaks, voice breaking. He coughs as his Mom walks in.

"Oh! Dean, I had no idea you were here." she says, then turning back to Cas, "We need you need to get ready for your brother. Your father is about 20 minutes away with Michael." she exits, keeping the door open.

Cas groans and walks to his bathroom. He picks up a comb and tries to brush his bed head down. "I dont even understand why Michael needs to come home in the middle of February! He could at least stay in college until summer. Nothing special about it."
