Frisk's POV
A week. It's only been a week, yet it's felt like decades. Decades of torture, sorrow, hatred, and abuse. I'm not even able to leave because I'm chained here to this... this void. This unfathomable void of darkness. She keeps me here. She's the reason I can't wake up. She's the reason we're in this goddamned mess in the first place.
"Penny for your thoughts?" A voice said, obviously amused. I shot my head up to see none other than Chara Dreemurr herself. I put my head back down, keeping it hanging low. It's not like I could walk away from the situation. My legs, along with my arms, are chained up. They're not chained up with chains, though. Oh no, they're chained up with black, thick, and goopy blood. How that is physically possible, I do not know. Then again, how is any of this possible?
"Silent treatment again?" She dipped down to me, levitating, as per usual. She tilted my chin upwards with her finger. I looked into her blood red eyes, showing no emotion whatsoever.
"Tsk." She dropped my head, causing it to hang once more. "I have a proposal for you, Frisky." I looked up, still not raising my head. I hummed to let her know I was listening.
Chara smiled before continuing, "I will let you out of here, but on one condi-"
"PLEASE. JUST LET ME OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE. J-Just let me out..." I screamed at her. I couldn't stop myself. My voice was vanishing at an alarming rate, and by this point, I didn't care anymore. I was pouring my eyes out. Through blurred vision, I could see Chara grin.
"As you wish." Chara said. One final tear fell. Finally free.

G's POV
My eyes shot open. Frisk's heart monitor was going off the charts, beeping a million miles a second. I rushed to her, as quick as I could.
"Frisk?! Come on, don't give up. Please, don't give up now..." I gripped her hand and pressed the red button next to her bed labeled "EMERGENCY" and turned back to Frisk. Within a matter of thirty seconds, nurses and doctors rushed in. A nurse came up to me, grabbing my arm and telling me I needed to leave the room immediately.
"What? No, I'm not fucking leaving." I said sternly, pulling my arm away and trying to see Frisk though the crowd of people surrounding her. The nurse pulled again, giving me a death glare and saying I could wait right outside the room for her. I rolled my eyes, looking back at Frisk. She would want you to listen. I reluctantly looked to the nurse and nodded. I hastily walked out of the room, sitting on a chair right next to the door.
The door clicked shut and I put my head in my hands. She might be gone. The one person I care so damn much about, pulled from my life. I didn't notice at first, but I began to silently cry. Salty tears fell from my eyes, onto my hands, jacket, and pants. But I just didn't care anymore. The only thing I really cared about anymore was if Frisk was dead or alive. Fuck, if she were dead, I don't know what I'd do with myself. I would be a lost cause. A lost soul.
The door creaked open, and I shot my head in the direction of the noise. A steady stream of nurses and a few doctors exited the room before a nurse popped her head out, "You may come in, now." I quickly stood up and walked into the room. A breathing machine was hooked up to Frisk, and her eyes were duller than ever. Wait, her eyes?
HOLY SHIT, SHE'S AWAKE. I rushed over to the bed, crouching down to try and be a bit more eye level with Frisk. The nurse walked up to me, saying, "It's a miracle. We didn't think she'd wake up with all of these heart palpitations, but after getting her heart rate back to normal, she opened her eyes."
