Alex took John back to his house and sighed. “Will you wait here while I go to the store?” Alex asked, John nodded and smiled.

Alex then left, only to return on hour later, with bags of groceries and a news paper.

“Ya know.. today's the anniversary of that boy who go into a car crash. Ya know the one I was comparing you too at McDonalds?”

John nodded a bit, sighing softly. “Alex.. I-I should tell you something..”

“yeah..?” Alex replied, tilting his head.

“I'm that boy..”

“What..? How is that even possible-?”

“Well, this is gonna sound super weird but I'm an angel and-”

John got caught off my Alex chuckling.

“Okay, Okay. Enough with the jokes. We both know angels and demons and all that stuff doesn't exist.”

“Alex, I'm not joking I-”

“John, Seriously. If you were an angel, I'd be able to see you wings and halo. So just admit you're joking.”

John sighed heavily, “Fine.. I'm joking.”

“Knew it,” Alex smirked.

John stood up and walked toward the door. “I have to leave. I hope we can do this again soon.”

“Sure, we can! What's your number?” Alex asked, grabbing and note pad and pen.

“I don't have a phone-”

“oh. Then maybe we can plan a meet up? Tomorrow, Barns n' Noble, Noon?”

John nodded and smiled then left. He walked down the streets of New York, waiting til no one was watching so he could fly back to heaven.

Once he was able to do so, he went to his lifo house and laid on the bed, his only thought being about Alexander.
