She's a Keeper but a Heart Breaker

I woke up to find I had fallen asleep on the boys couch. I was laying with my head on Harry's shoulder and on my hip was a head, I think it belonged to the drummer, Josh.

I managed to worm my way out of the position without waking either of them but it wasn't easy.

"Hey Ballerina" Josh whispered.

I turned to see him smirking.

"The names Mckenzie, drummer" I said.

"I know, Ballerina suits you though!"

"Are you saying my name doesn't ?" I questioned.

"That's beside the point, how long have you and curly been going out?" he asked.

"Going out? With Harry? That's really funny. I am not going out with him" I giggled.

"Oh, really? You just seem urr" josh muttered.

"Yeah, I know what you mean, but he is more like a brother it would be weird if we went out"

"Oh yeah I get what you mean it's like me dating Chloe" he said smiling.

"who's chloe?" I asked curiously.

"She's my childhood best friend, we went to school together"

"Ah right. I didn't go to school with Harry, Dani and I met them whilst they were on X-Factor"

"Were you one of those crazed fans that stood outside the fence?" he questioned smirking.

I bet he thought I was.

"No"

"Then how-"

"I was a dancer for them" I smiled.

"really? You're a dancer?" he asked surprised.

I nodded. I guess I had surprised him. I continued to walk towards the kitchen to make some tea. Liam and Dani were curled up on the other couch, Niall an Zayn were laying on the floor and the three other band members were spread over the other furniture items.

"Hey Ballerina" Josh called

"What do you want now?" I asked.

"what are you doing today?" he questioned.

"Nothing, I don't have rehearsals, i might go to the gym or the studio. I don't know yet though" I answered.

"You go to the gym?"

"Yep" I said popping the 'p'.

"Wow, can I come?"

"sure" I answered unenthusiastically.

With that I left the room, I grabbed out five mugs for tea knowing that Liam, Dani, Louis and Harry would wake up wanting some. Niall wasn't really big on tea and Zayn probably would wake-up in a few hours when it's cold.

I boiled the kettle and grabbed five tea bags placing one in each mug.

"Hey Kenz" Harry walked in smiling.

"Hey Haz" I smiled.

"What do you think of the band?"

"meh" I answered.

I was mostly thinking of Josh. I don't really like him and he is definitely not my type.

"I thought you'd say that. You are talking about Josh, I love all four of them. I didn't think you would like Josh very much"

"Well you know me pretty well styles."

"Really?" Josh said peering through the kitchen door.

"Josh, I-"

"Save it" he said as he stormed out.

I couldn't help but chase after him.

I can't believe it. I really like her. I know it is not right to say it after knowing her for a day but I think I love her. She is just so beautiful, funny, cute, sweet, nice. What did I do wrong? Why doesn't she like me? I ran from the room, I grabbed my stuff and bolted for the door. I heard footsteps behind me.

"Josh, Josh Wait!" Kenzie squealed.

I stopped.

"What do you want?" I almost yelled.

There the two of us were standing in the middle of the hallway outside the boys' apartment. It was such a familiar site but it seemed so different with Mckenzie standing infront of me. I don't know why but it just did.

"Josh, Im sorry" she apologised.

"Sorry for what? Sorry because you hate me?" I asked, I was definitely yelling now.

"No, I don't hate you. You just don't come across as someone that I like" she answered honestly.

"Well, I'm sorry you feel that way" i said.

She just looked down at her feet. I don't know why, it was almost like she was nervous. Suddenly she looked up. Her eyes locked onto mine. She just stared into my eyes, the stare deepened. She was leaning forwards. Her lips crashed into mine, she kissed me. Then she pulled away before turning on her heel and heading back inside.

I can't believe she just kissed me.

Girls. Are. So . Confusing.

I can't believe she kissed him!

I thought she loved me back. Well I certainly love her. Why was I so stupid as to think she could possibly become mine? I knew this would happen. The girl of my dreams just went and broke my heart.

I feel empty, let down and worst of all, Broken.
