"Jin?" You whispered. Stopped behind a wall, you peak into the restaurant window. Jin was sitting across a woman in a booth, their hands intertwined, a smile, the smile reserved for you plastered against his lips. "I must be dreaming." You shake your head. Pulling yourself against the wall, you use your hand as a visor, hoping nobody will see that you are crying. Coughing to compose yourself your ears perked up when the faint ding from am opened door alerted. With quick movements, you hid in an alleyway. Still curious, You crouched down at the wall, and watched the two.
She was very petite, you noted.
The woman kisses Jin, her red painted lips lingering against his neck. She pulled out a folded paper from her pocket. Giving it a kiss, she slide it into Jin's breast pocket. Jin moves his hands to run them down her side "I better go before Y/N is texting. I will see you tomorrow, right?" "Count on it sweetie." She kisses Jins lips.
You watched in agony. The kiss they shared, that's how Jin use to kiss you. Use to. How he use to kiss you. She was the reason of the shift between your twos relationship.
You felt so stupid. Standing up, you walked further into the alleyway, not wanting to be caught by Jin. Deciding to hide behind a dumpster you covered your mouth, as your entire world crumbled.
Hearing both voices pass, you knew it was okay to come out. But could you? Did you want to?
Using your phone as a mirror, you make yourself presentable to be seen in public.
You cancel your order on balloons for the surprise you were throwing for Jin about going on another world tour. You did check on the cake; it was ready. The cake will be eaten later tonight by you. Carrying the cake, you walk home, unsure of what you are going to say to Jin. On the walk though, you could not stop thinking about that note. You needed to know what it said, that note could explain everything. Jin had a no lying policy, ironic really.
