~Dad Jokes~

Hoseok

"I know your love for dad jokes babe." He began.
"I hate dad jokes." You replied, glancing up at him.
"Well too bad, just listen. Why do melons have weddings?"
"Why babe?" You reply.
"Because they cantaloupe."
You bite your lip to avoid laughing.
"See? Dad jokes are the best!" He proclaimed.
"It was decent at best J-Hope."
"You are a liar. Here is another one. How do you organize an outer space party? You planet."
You snorted "Those were lame."
"Maybe they were. But our children will live for their dad's jokes."

Namjoon

"How do you make holy water?"
"What?" You question.
Namjoon repeats the question.
"How Namjoon?"
"You boil the hell out of it." He grinned silly.
You exhaled.
"Get it? Ha, do you get it?"
"I get it, yes Namjoon."
"How are you not giggling with me? It is funny!"
"Dad jokes, who tells dad jokes anymore?"
"Me. I have another one. As a lumberjack, I know that I've cut exactly 2417 trees. I know because every time I cut one, I keep a log."
You sniggered "Namjoon. That last one was funny."
"Knew I could make you giggle babe."

Jin

"Can I tell you a joke?"
"Yes! I love dad jokes."
Jin dabs at his eyes "I knew there was a reason that I loved you."
You rolled your eyes.
"Why did the scarecrow win an award?"
"No idea."
"He was outstanding in his field."
You chortled with laughter "How do you know the best dad jokes?"
"It's a talent of mine dear."
"I have one for you Jin!"
Jin nodded eagerly.
"I hate jokes about German sausages. They are the wurst."
Jin clapped his hands "Oh that one was good, I am impressed."
"Well I learned from the best Jin."

Taehyung

You were in the kitchen listening to Taylor Swift's 1989, swinging your hips and preparing dinner for V when he walks into the kitchen "Why didn't the vampire attack Taylor Swift?"
"What Taehyung?" You ask.
"She has bad blood."
V sucked his bottom lip under his top teeth and giggled.
"What else do you have?" You tried.
V taps his nose as he thinks.
A grin curled on his face "Why can't you hear a pterodactyl go to the bathroom? The pee is silent!"
"Hey V how do you invite a dinosaur for lunch?"
"Tea, Rex?"
V broke into a smile.

Jeongguk

You were enjoying time with your boyfriend. He had just come home from touring America, which meant two weeks of a rest time. And you both were basking in their free time.

Jungkook giggled one afternoon, while looking on his phone.
"Are you alright?" You questioned.
Jungkook puffed his cheek filling with laughter "No, I am half left." His giggle released from his puffed cheeks.
"What age are you?"
"I will be forever young love." He replied.
You smiled at him.
"I have another one."
"And I am ready."
"What do you call a fake noodle? An impasta."
You pulled him in for a kiss "You're silly."

Jimin

Jimin came up behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist and kissing your cheek "Wanna hear a pun? It's cheesy." He said.
You turned your head and kissed his lips "I'm pretty fondue over you."
Jimin kisses your neck "My girl can make jokes."
"I am making grilled cheese. Wanna one?"
"I will, please." Jimin agrees.
"Okay. Keep me company?"
"I could not leave my girl lonely. What do you call a lonely cheese?"
"Provolone."
"That was terrible." You giggled.
"Made you laugh still." Jimin grinned. "Why do bees hum? Because they don't know the words."
You kissed him again.

Yoongi

You heard Suga giggle looking down at his phone.
"Something that you want to share?" You raise an eyebrow, asking Suga.
Suga puckers his lips, then relaxed them "It's a dad joke."
"Well now you have to tell me. I wanna know Suga."
He clears his throat "What do you get when you cross a snowman with a vampire?"
"What Suga?" You question.
"Frostbite."
Suga slaps his thighs with his hands "I love dad jokes!"
"I am waiting for another joke." You smile.
"Okay, when a woman is giving birth, she is literally kidding."
You stomped your feet in delight, covering your mouth to keep your ugly laugh concealed.
