I understand now, I mean it makes sense if you just stop to think about it. Eren doesn't want to fully commit to this because he's afraid of losing me like he did his mother and father years ago. It may seem confusing but just bare with me.

Eren chuckled at that last bit. He knew deep down that he loved Levi deeply and that all his worries were just him probably being a bit paranoid.
Eren (pov)
"Hey..levi can I stay here tonight?"."of course". We went over to levi's bedroom and I just plopped myself on top of it. Levi lay beside me and planted a kiss on my forehead before we both drifted off to sleep.
