My eyes widened as erens hand began to move slightly. I grabbed it and looked straight into his eyes. Those green eyes that I fell in love with all those years ago were shining bright even now. He looked back and managed to work a smile across his face.
"H...hey...levi"."oh my god eren, what happened! "." Calm down...I..I'm ok"." Your far from ok, jesus eren you got me worried sick"."heh...sorry". I wrapped my arms around him tightly never wanting to let him go."I love you, you big dummy", I whispered into his ear. He chuckled a bit in response. Eren then pulled me off gently and motioned for me to sit back down."levi...I love you, and I'm glad I got to be with you and to live with you. By then there was a single tear trickling down his face."eren what r u getting a..". Before I could finish eren pulled me in kissing me passionately. I kissed back not even thinking before I heard the heart monitor stop. I broke away to see it then back at eren. He wasn't breathing. "E..eren, eren wake up, eren!".
The nurse rushed in at the sound of my screams. She tried to pry me off of eren but I just wouldn't let go. The doctor arrived soon after and tried to persuade me to get off of him. In the end it took four doctors to get me out of the room. I stood there completely distraught, it was as if my whole world came crashing around me.
The doctor checked his pulse. There was nothing, than he tried CPR. Erens vital signs weren't showing. He then went back to checking his pulse again. The doctor looked up at me, a saddened expression plastered on his face.
"I'm..so sorry, we couldn't save him".
