I woke up to a flight attendant shaking me "we have landed miss" I got up and got my bag out of the overhead compartment. I made my way out of the plane and to the pick up area, I looked around. I couldn't seem to find Corey so I pulled out my phone and called him, he answered and I said " I landed, where are you?" "Turn around" was all he said and with that I turned and saw him walking up to me. I ran leaving my stuff behind and jumped into his arms, we hugged for what felt like hours but was only a few seconds. He pulled away and smiled at me then his smile turned to worry " what happened to your cheek?!" He said rubbing it, I winced in pain. Oh no, what do I say happened, I quickly came up with "dad got a cat to keep him company while since I was moving and it scratched me this morning" your such an idiot he's never going to belie- "ok, I never really knew dad liked cats" "yeah he's obsessed with them" that's when I realized a girl about my height was standing beside him. "Who's this Corey?" "Oh yeah maddie this is my girlfriend devyn" we said hi to each other then Corey said "come on let go to the house!" Next thing I knew I was being dragged by Corey to his cas while devyn got my stuff, I already knew we would be good friends considering we were the only girls in the house.
We pulled into the driveway and all I could say was "wow" Corey said he lived in a house, not a mansion! Everyone was out of the car when I snapped out of my gaze, I quickly got out and followed them to the door. When it opened 4 guys popped out of nowhere and yelled "welcome home!!" I jumped a little remembering my past but instantly smiled seeing all my new roommates instead of my horrible dad. Corey started to talk "Ok maddie, this is Elton, Aaron, Sam, and finally Colby" the last boy caught my eye, we stared at each other for a couple seconds before the other guys started to approach me.
Colby Pov
Corey's sister was moving in today and I wasn't really happy, I didn't want another girl in the house until I saw her. She was gorgeous, and had the prettiest smile on her face. I couldn't help but stare at her after we jumped out and said welcome home, maybe another girl in the house wouldn't be so bad after all.
Maddies Pov
Everyone shook my hand and said their name again except for the Colby guy. He just stared at me and did nothing until Elton said "hey maddie do you like exploring haunted places?" His voice going a little high at the end "yeah I love exploring, why?" "Well we're all going to suicide bridge tonight, do you want to come?" Before I could answer Corey interrupted with "no we are not going back there again" Elton simply reply's with "they hit the like goal Corey, so maddie are you down to come with us?" "Yeah I would love too! What time do we leave?" "7:00 pm" ok so I had some time to unpack "hey Corey could you show me my room please so I can unpack a little before we go" "me and devyn have something to do. Colby her room is beside yours can you show her?" I looked over at Colby with a smile " Uh y-yeah s-sure, um follow me maddie" he showed me my room and where our bathroom was, I thanked him and he went into his room. I opened the door, all that was in there was a bed and a desk off to the side. I flopped onto the bed and woke up about 2 hours later and started unpacking, by the time I was done it was 6:30 so I started to get ready, I didn't wear much makeup and only put on a hoodie and jeans.

I didn't want to wear my contacts so I put on my glasses, by the time I was done it was 6:55 so I just waited downstairs. This is going to be a long night.
