Tom and Matt were right in the way of Tord, who looked honestly petrified before regaining his composure and speaking again. "MOVE. NOW." "We said no, and that is our final answer. If you want to shoot us, then fine, but don't think we're gonna let you get to them without a fight." You looked at Edd to see what he was thinking about all of this. He was looking at both Tom and Matt, despite both of them having their backs turned to him. He looked absolutely dumbfounded but he was silently crying. You looked back at Tord, his eyes were wide and filled with absolute shock. You'd never seen him this way before. "Y-You're making a mistake!" They said nothing. He started to lift his pistol, his hands shaking violently. "I-I-I'm warning you! B-Back out while you still can!" He was sweating buckets at this point. The pistol now basically met both of their faces. You closed your eyes, and braced for the sickening sound of a shotgun, but it never came. You reluctantly opened one of your eyes to see Tord on his knees, his head in his hands. His shoulders were shaking and his sobs echoes through the almost silent main floor. Everyone was just... staring at him. Tom and Matt ran to Edd an untied him. They were all crying too, but with huge smiles on their faces. You looked at Tord once again and tapped his shoulder. He looked up at you with a tear stained face. He looked so helpless. You held out your hand to him. "You can always change your ways, no matter how bad you are..."
