Thomas and his Parents

Going to pre-school

As tom's parents were talking about weather to take tom to pre-school they decided to take him anyway. so the next day they went shopping for school supplies and tom didn't know what was going on but he went with it anyway. as they got home tom's mom told him that he was going to pre-school, tom felt very scared and shy but a little happy that he would meet new friends. As tom was going to bed for school his mom and dad came in and sat on his bed and said "
tom sweetie we know that this is new to you but meeting new people is good for you." Tom  felt  sad but he knew that his parents were right.

 he laid down and closed his eyes while his parents kissed him goodnight. the next morning tom's mom walked in his room and woke him up for school. "Thomas , wake up it is time for school". tom woke up slowly and got out of bed rubbing his eye while his mom puts some clothes on him, a yellow shirt with long sleeves and a dark blue overall. 

"ok, are you ready for your first day of pre-school?" his mom asked.

tom looked down and didn't say anything "..."

"oh sweetie it will be alright I promise, also you can take tommy bear with you"

tom smiled a bit that he can take tommy bear but sad that he was going to leave his parents. after that Thomas put his shoes on and grabbed tommy bear and ran to his dad's car and put his seatbelt on and looked out the window. "first day of pre-school huh son, your growing up to be a big boy" his dad chuckled a little. his dad opened the door so tom can get out, as he got out he saw all the other kids and got very shy and hid behind his dad's leg. his dad looks down at Thomas and said "it will be alright,go make some new friends,mom will be back to pick you up"

Thomas saw all the kids look at him and looked at his dad "promise?". his dad hugged him and said "promise, have a good day bud" he waved him goodbye and got back in his car and drove to work. Thomas looked behind him and a teacher was there, "hello! my name is Mrs. Rose, what's your name?" tom looked at her and held tommy bear close to his chest and said "Tom, my name is tom" they both looked at each other and Mrs. Rose said "well welcome tom,let's go meet the other kids, shall we?" she grabbed his hand and walked him outside to the playground, where kids were running around, laughing, and chasing each other. Mrs. rose left Thomas to help some other kids, tom sat down by two kids in the sandbox, "hi im tom" the two kids looked at tom and ran away yelling out "AHHH MONSTER!!", tom felt sad and played by himself in the sandbox, until a kid ran up to him.
