(basically, they're all like different ways you can say i love you to someone with slight variations and depth, so Te encanto is I love you in a sense that I am enchanted, captivated, enamored by you, quiero comes from the er verb querer which means to want which makes that version of I love you close to wanting, or yearning, while Te amo is like a deeper sense of love, like just love) <---- hope this helps explain why my translation of that in the story is I love you in every way that is possible.

Mahal kita - I love you
Mahal na mahal na mahal kita - I love you so much, more than you can ever comprehend. (Repeating the word love in tagalog brings more depth and sincerity, and just more of the feeling when adjectives are not enough)
Btw, I'm not a great translator because I'm not concise because I hate it when something is lost in translation and I try my best to squeeze out its every meaning.
Also, Spanish is not my native language. Tagalog is, I'm Filipino so I don't really know if I'm doing the Spanish translation right. Anyways, I just really wanted like an intermingling of cultures and diversity because a diverse Wattpad is a great Wattpad.
