Izuku Midoriya
Izuku always has a hug to give you. He will always have a special reason to hold you close to him and keep his arms around you.
For example:
Front Hug: To make you feel loved and to comfort you.
Behind Hug: To make you feel safe, to warm you, and in surprise greeting.
One-arm Side Hug: When he feels his surroundings threatened.
Double-armed Side Hug: To keep you from leaving his side, and to show others that you are his.

Katsuki Bakugo
As stubborn as Katsuki is, he always claims that he isn't the affectionate type when it comes to hugging you. That, however, is a lie, because Katsuki always has an arm or two around you, but there's a special reason why too.
For example:
Front Hug: To make you feel loved, warm, protected, and to comfort you.
Behind Hug: When he feels his surroundings or presence threatened.
One-arm Side Hug: To keep you from leaving his side, and to show others that you are his.
Waist Hug: In an apology, or to comfort himself.

Shoto Todoroki
Shoto does get a bit too flattered when it comes to hugging you. He denies it each time when he hesitates, but he does have a special meaning behind each hold on you.
For example:
Front Hug: Before parting ways with you, in greeting, to comfort you, or to comfort himself.
Behind Hug: To show others that you are his, to make you feel protected, and when he feels unsure of his surroundings.
One-arm Side Hug: In a reminder that you aren't leaving his side at that moment.

Tenya Iida
Tenya doesn't cling to you as much as he seems like he would. It's his nerves that get in the way of always holding you close without a reason. He will accept a hug from you at any time, but each hug of his does have a meaning behind them.
For example:
Front Hug: To comfort you, to make you feel loved, to calm you, or before having to part ways with you.
Behind Hug: To make you feel protected, and to keep you from leaving his side.

Eijiro Kirishima
Of course, Eijiro is a hugger when it comes to you. He can even be clingy at times, but all of his hugs do have a special meaning behind each of them.
For example:
Front Hug: To make you feel safe, to warm you, before parting ways with you, and to comfort you.
Behind Hug: In an apology, to comfort himself, or to keep you from leaving his side.
Double-armed Side Hug: When he feels his surroundings threatened.
Waist Hug: Also in apology, to comfort you and himself, and to keep you from leaving.

Hitoshi Shinso
It may be a bit of a surprise, but Hitoshi is the type that will always have his arms around you. At times, which he won't admit, he'll get rather flustered to approach a hug to you. However, each grip he has on you does have a special meaning behind them.
For example:
Front Hug: To make you feel loved, warm, protected, and to comfort you.
Behind Hug: In an apology, or to comfort himself.
One-arm Side Hug: To keep you from leaving his side, and to show others that you are his.

Mashirao Ojiro
As calm, overly relaxed, and rather shy Mashirao is and can be, he certainly has a way of always having you in his grip. Mashirao is quite affectionate towards you, and everything he does has a special meaning behind it, like his hugs.
For example:
Front Hug: To comfort you, to make you feel safe, in greeting, and before parting ways with you.
Behind Hug: To keep you from leaving his side, in surprise greeting, and to show others that you are his.
One-arm Side Hug: To also keep you from leaving his side.
Double-armed Side Hug: To make you feel loved and warm.
Tail Hug: When he feels his surroundings threatened, to keep you from leaving his side, and to also make you feel protected.
