"Klaus wait!" Ava yelled and ran after him, holding her skirt up. When she caught him her smile was wider than ever. But it was soon to be wiped off. "I don't want you to go, let it be. You told me the girl has escaped from you almos 300 years now. Please, Klaus." Ava grabbed Klaus's hand and tried to plead him to stay.

"Exactly, I have hunted her down for 300 years," he said quite cold. Ava frowned and corrected her posture with a step back.

"Am I boring you so much you need to go hunt other women?" Ava asked and her loving face turned into a jealous one. She admitted; she was jealous. Klaus always assured that he had eyes for only her but Ava wasn't as sure as she had been before.

"No, it's nothing like that my love-"

"Fine, then prove it. Either you go or I go, forever."

That wasn't the first time Ava had threatened Klaus. She had threatened him so many times she had stopped counting. But now as they were in New Orleans she had had her own fun. Never did she cheat on Klaus, but everything was starting to get kind of boring.

"Come on, don't be like that," Klaus said and moved his hand to her shoulder but which she slapped away and took one step back.

"At least you could take me with you," Ava said and waited for Klaus' response. It was a calm and a tiny nod in which Ava smirked. "Thank you."

Present

Ava walked inside the boarding house, flowing with confidence. She saw Stefan sitting on a couch with Elena there. She frowned. Wasn't Stefan on some kind of binge? They seemed to get very awkward as soon as they noticed Ava entered the room. She smirked widely and walked down the stairs, through the living roon, into the kitchen. Still eyeing the apparenetly some kind of couple? Yes? No?

"Well don't let me interrupt love birds," she smiled as she grabbed a glass and poured wine into it and brought it to the living room, while sipping from it slightly. She looked at Stefan who was fighting but for what? That was a true question.

"There was nothing to interrupt, I actually came here to talk to you," Elena Gilbert said with her doe eyes looking for some kind of redemption from Ava's eyes. She shrugged and nodded. Sure the girl could have a talk with her before Klaus would tear her to pieces.

"Sure, what is it little Petrova?" Ava asked while sat lazy on the armchair and sipped from her wine again. She eyed Stefan who seemed to be in some kind of agonazing pain; or at least it looked like it. "Are you alright Steffy?" her question seemed to be going to deaf ears as Stefan Salvatore got up from the couch and started walking into his room upstairs. Ava shrugged and directed her gaze from Stefan's back to Elena.

"Yes?" Ava raised her brow again and waited for Elena to ask some stupid question. Elena corrected her posture and looked almost like she, human, was feeling sorry for Ava. Elena Gilbert moved forward a bit and it almost seemed like she was going to grab Ava's hand.

"Are you alright?" the words finally came from her mouth. Ava looked uncomfortable. The last thing she wanted to do right now was to talk about her feelings.

"What do you mean? I am perfectly fine," Ava said and drank the wine from her glass. Elena seemed to have some kind of pity towards her. Ava didn't like it.

"Damon told me about you and Klaus so I thought-"

"So you what? What did you think, Elena?" Ava asked, now kind of mad. Elena seemed to be confused. Why wouldn't Ava want to talk to her? Maybe it was because Elena was barely an eighteen year old and Ava about 400 year old.

"I just wanted to see if you were okay," Elena protested. Yes in all kindness Elena wanted to talk to Ava. Never did she want to find out more about her and Klaus. It certainly was - I mean wasn't her attention. Elena swallowed as she saw Ava's eyes turning red and grey veins appearing under her eyes. She hissed and threw the glass onto the floor before attacking Elena. Ava took her in a grip and that is when Stefan and Damon entered the room.

Ava sped her and Elena to the fire place and Stefan and Damon came close. They both watched intently as Ava had their precious Elena in her strong hold. "So I am going to ask once. Why is Elena Gilbert, the doppelgänger alive if Klaus has broken the curse? He has already realized that Elena is the key in making hybrids! Do you have any idea how bad it is? I won't even bother on killing her because that would be merciful! Do you understand that Klaus will be after her, her whole life?" Ava let go of her. She did nothing to harm Elena, just to scare a little bit.

"You have no idea what he is capable of," Ava said her face completely normal already. "You are the most stupid people I have ever met!"

She walked with her heels over to the door, pushing Damon and Stefan slightly as she past them. Sure they were cruel words but they needed to hear them. Elena was in real danger. And that wasn't a threat, it was a promise.
