Chapter 18

Tywin

It has been a long week since the king and Ned Stark has had me help with all his shit. I haven't been with my wife in a week and it driving me up a wall seeing I wake up before her and go to sleep after her. I'm with Ned Stark as he tries to change my mind about marrying Lacee even though we already are.

He is annoying but once the king and my daughter came in he said "My king, My queen."

"Ned how are things going."

"Fine, my king."

"Yes for now," my daughter said making me say "Meaning."

The king looked at her than to us and said: "We need to speak of your daughters' behavior."

I looked at him and said, "Not to be rude but this is something that your three should speak of not me."

"Yes, you may leave."

I left for my room and once there I found Lacee nowhere which is very weird seeing how she is always here. So I sat down and did some other work that I needed to be done but halfway in there was a knock at the door making me say "Come in."

I looked up and saw it was my guards making me say "Is something wrong with my wife."

"Not for sure my lord she had us escort her to Master Pycelle then leave we just figure you would want to know my lord."

"Yes thank you now leave."

They shook their heads and left keys to my thought. Why didn't she tell me she wasn't feeling well. I know I have been busy but she could have told my guards and they would have told me. What's wrong with her as well. I will have to ask her once she is back.

It should be soon seeing how night is almost here. After a bit a maid brought dinner in so I ate and finished my work. I waited for Lacee but she still hasn't come so I suppose I will wait for her in our bedchambers.

I stripped off my shirt, pick a book up and started to read just waiting on my wife. It has been an hour since I started reading and she still hasn't come back. It is getting very dark out and I really don't want to go find her but just as I was thinking that I heard the door open as Lacee came in.

I looked at her and saw she was in a beautiful red dress. She looks breathtaking and I could take her right now but I want to know why she went to Pycelle today and I want her to tell so I said: "Where have you been I have been waiting for you."

She said, "Of course the day I'm here late your here early."

She snippy today and that's not an answer so I said "Not an answer."

"I went Master Pycelle and then to dinner."

Now we're getting somewhere so I sat up even more against the headboard and said: "What's wrong."

She gave me a look filled with worry as she walked over to me, picked her dress up and crawled onto the bed. I couldn't help but look at her she crawled on the bed because she looks sexy as hell right now. Once next she was next to me she laid down so her back was to my chest and said: "I have something to tell you."

Her voice held worry but happiness at the same time so it can't be that bad. She is still worried so I started to play with her hair to help soothe her as I said: "Is something wrong love."

She looked at me then to my hand as she said: "Give me your hand."

I'm not in the mood to play these game but I will play just for bit, for her. I held my hand up as she took it and put it on her flat stomach or at least it was. Once she let my hand go I ran my hand over her stomach feeling a little bum there making her look up at me as she put her hand over mine making me look at her and said: "I'm pregnant."
