'warm , so warm , a gentle sun . I have finally found it again but this time I won't let it eclipse . I won't share it , I'll protect it from filth and darkness . this light and warmth fills me with happiness but is it okay for me to be this happy...
Unknown - you know it won't be long before they find a way to get here .
"I know and I'm prepared. " Anthony stares at the view silently .
The probability of you winning against the avengers are quite low , the wise choice would be to let him leave - unknown .
"Glad to know I have your full confidence and for letting him , I haven't hold him captive yet ." he twirls a controller in his hands .
So he's free to leave - unknown .
"At least that's what he thinks and I have no intention to let him think otherwise ." Anthony smirks at the uneasy expression of his companion .
But - the unknown voice starts .
"Enough , you can't change my mind ." Anthony stands up and leaves .
"If you'll excuse me , I have to check on our lovely 'guest' ."
There's another Anthony stark in his world too and if he's anything like you , he won't rest until he has him back - unknown .
"Nobody gonna take him away from , not even me . I'll kill me before that happens ." his nostrils flair , jaw clenching and eyes burning with fury .
Not this time.
FLASHBACK -
"Anthony this is our new recruits ." hammer shows me a few young people sitting around the room .
These people were self made entrepreneur full of fresh ideas and eager to be acknowledged .
And sitting among them was him .
I didn't show any recognition to the person who saved me from an accident today . why should I ?
Why did my brain recognize him ? Why do I know his face ? When I have never even heard of him before .
Hammer beside me introduces all of them . I don't bother giving it my attention , they will soon get their ID cards .
Then he introduces me to the only face I can in the room .
Peter parker .
What an ordinary name .
And even more ordinary face.
What's so special about you peter parker ?
I offer a handshake and his eyes widen , he snaps out of it and eagerly shakes my hand . my bored facial expression bothered him I can tell .
"You're all appointed here because everyone here in this room had an idea and a plan you executed that made you an entrepreneur ,here in stark industries we value imagination . all of you will make a creative team that'll work together to manufacture innovative ideas ." hammer nods his head .
"We hope that you'll all corporate and come up some really beneficial ideas , you'll have an secretary to cater with your needs . sloppiness will not be tolerated and teamwork is encouraged . good luck ." now that another chore was out of the way .
Hammer and I both leave , we don't get along both of us , we different in almost every way but for the sake of our companies we tolerate each other .
"Hmm so many fresh faces , bright eyes , big smiles and fit bodies ." I assume he's leering again not that I can see his expression .
"But it's not like you'll know right , bet if they don't get their ID cards you won't even know which is which ." my eyebrows twitch in irritation , my ....condition is not known for most people but I regret informing hammer the most .
His teasing manner has always grated my nerves , if only Manslaughter was legal . everything about him disgust me , his body language and the way he invades my personal space . makes me wanna wrap my fingers around his throat .
Ignoring him is the only logical thing I can do .
"Mr stark ." I hear someone calling my name but I keep walking I have no intention of idle talk then I hear light footsteps behind me .
"Mr stark ." a breathy voice interrupts again ( breathy due to running of course ) but brain somehow took it as a sign of arousal .
I let out a shuddering breath and nod . I didn't need to see the absence of ID tag because I could see that face . that big smile , bright eyes , fresh face .
"Mr Parker ." my voice smooth . "Any specific reason why you so rudely interrupted us ." I can see shrunk just a little .
"I just wanted to give you this , you dropped this at the - at the umm side walk ." it was my scheduler , FRI which I made specifically for myself .
I quickly snatch it out of his hands and put a hand around his shoulder .
"Hammer , I believe we have to end our little conversation . I apologize for that but please make yourself scarce ." my eyebrow twitch as his eyes seem to scan parker , his mind obviously thinking lewd scenarios .
"Of course ." he snorts , such a disgusting man , then looks at parker and gives a flirty grin ." oh and Mr parker wasn't it , if I were you I would have kept it . I'm sure you have earned it ."
He winks as he walks away and I wonder if I can get away with at least one murder .
I clear my throat and thank parker , his eyes seem to Sparkle as he nods and then animatedly starts talking about his project .
I found out I didn't bother me much .
PRESENT -
Peter stayed wide awake in his bed , somehow he couldn't sleep a wink . he wondered what was happening in his world , his dimension . if aunt may was okay , she was probably missing.
He hoped Mr stark made sure to tell her he was fine . he missed his friends , he missed the avengers and he missed his home . it was hard he didn't know how he was gonna get him , at least Mr stark of this world was here to help him .
He did say he'll help him get back . that's right he was sure Mr stark and the avengers must be trying to find a way to get him back . they wouldn't just leave him alone stranded , they cared for him . he was a part of avengers , yes he's young and haven't been part of avengers as long as others.
But surely they like him .
He closed his eyes and forced himself to go sleep . he still couldn't shake the feeling of being watched .
