Anthony's pov

Flashback continue

He put on a fake pleasent smile that was used on daily basis . The harlot hugged the man of his affection , his blood thrumed in his veins . His mind aching for violence .

"Mr stark this is my girlfriend -" Peter starts only to be stopped .

"Soon to be fiance , actually ."she hautily cuts in . Curling her manicured fingers around his bicep . It was an action of possession , this belongs to me . Her body language screamed .

Rude .

Just who was this women , trying to lay claim on the person he held in high regards . His mind which in most situations was calculating , offered nothing but promising images of her body drowned in blood .

Flashback ends

If it is her again , he will end her . He will let that slim affection grow bigger . He won't hesitate to dirty his  hands now .

"And now may is dating happy and I'm happy . I am  but it's a bit weird , you know . " Peter was still talking , completely unaware of my inner monologue and turmoil .

In Peter's world

Tony was laying on his bed staring blankly at the ceiling like it held all the answers of universe . He didn't know where the kid was , if he was okay . Stupid question of course the kid had to be alright , there was no other option .

The thing worrying him was the suit , he made that suit for the kid . He made sure to put everything from heating system to kill mode to navigating system and  tracing chip . Now the suit was giving no signal and he doesn't know if it's even functioning .

He knew Peter was strong , his spider senses , super strength , healing and reflexs but the kid had no preservation skills . He would dive straight in danger without worrying about any consequences .

He smiled bitterly "he probably learned that from me ." How was he supposed about to be a  good father , when he can't even become a good role model . It was true , he could never be a good father partly because of his own fucked up and partly because of his issues .

While Tony was wallowing in self pity , happy was talking with pepper . Since he was dating may , it was hard for him to lie to her but he knew if he told may Peter was missing . She will probably have a breakdown , she raised Peter like her own son. 

"He's still in his room ?" Happy asked . Pepper nodded , staring at the door. She knew Tony blamed himself and she really doesn't want him start blaming others too .

That would be disastrous .

"He's acting like sulky teenager and technically I am almost an uncle to a teenager whose disgustingly cheerful . I don't see how they resemble each other ." Pepper rubbed her temple this was mess , if she finds the person who did this . She will kill them herself .

She didn't know how long they can to may , happy was finally in a good relationship . So she really doesn't want to lie to may either . They really had to find Peter asap , tony's mental health was shaky at best . He has been sober for a while but it will not take long for him to relapse into binge drinking .

"Pepper ." It was Steve . Walking towards her with Sam in toe .

"Please tell me you find him. " Their expression said it all .

"We checked everywhere , it's like the spiderkid vanished from the map of NY ." Sam sounded frustrated . He was also of the tension between the Avengers , it took Thanos and a war to get them back together .

"Do you think he's abducted by aliens ?" Sam and I both looked Steve who now had an sheepish expression.

"It sounded different in my head but maybe he was taken by some intergalactic force . " As crazy as it sounded it might have happened .

"You even know what intergalactic means , grandpa ." Pepper raise an eyebrow at Tony who was silently waiting behind us , sneakily listening to us .

"How was the depression induced nap." Happy asked cutting any smart retort Steve was gonna say .

"Depressive ." And just like the slight tension in the atmosphere vanished .

"Plus if there was some alien activity , our beloved angry one eyed pirate wannabe would know ." Tony said . We looked at him confused .

"Eye patch , angry , caption , wears a out of fashion trench coat just out of spite . Fury ." Pepper rolled her eyes , tony is fine for now i guess .

"Plus I have already asked for help to someone whose existence itself infuriates me ."

Steve points at himself .

"Tony , please no more puns ." She was tired .

"Stephen strange , I believe it's time to broaden our range a little ." He suddenly sounded a bit too serious .
