Hermione POV

no one has found me yet and i continue to have flashbacks to when i was living outdoors when we were hunting horcruxes and times that something would be bothering me and id come here, the Salem river the water is always an beautiful aqua color and the land surrounding it was bright, me and Sirius would always come here to talk when something was bugging us...it was our special place...i smile to myself when suddenly i feel hands on my waist and the next thing i know im in 12 Grimmauld Place and i turn to see Sirius looking at me then he drags me upstairs into a bed room and locks the door and i see professor lu- i mean remus on the bed looking at me and and Sirius goes over to him and pecks him on the lips before setting down next to him and gestures to the chair in front of the bed and i sit down...

Sirius POV

me and remus are cooking breakfast together when an owl knocks at our window and remus gets it and opens the envelope and starts reading and his eyes fill with fear "babe?" i ask and he says looking up at me tears in his eyes "hermione has run away" i gasp and instantly feel a pang in my heart, hermione has always been like a daughter to me and to find out she has run away shocks me. "why would she do that?!?!" i half shout "i dont know but we better go look for her fred sent it" i was shocked "fred? as in fred weasley? half of the prankster twins? "yea read it" i take the envelop and read the letter

 Dear Sirius and Remus,

I'm Sorry But....Hermione Has Ran Away, Hogwarts Had A Ball And Well....A Girl Named Katie Kissed Me And Hermione Saw And Ran Out And When I Chased Her Asking Why She Cared So Much And She Yelled And I Quote "because i love you" And Turned And Ran And I Chased Her But She Was Too Fast And Now Its Been Three Days And We Cant Find Her, Not Even The Search Party's Can Find Her, She Ain't Anywhere Near Hogwarts Or The Marauders Map Would Show Her....I Understand Shes Like A Daughter To You So I Thought I Would Inform You Even tho NOONE Wants Me Too Knowing You'd Go Off But I Had To...

i slammed the letter down and told remus to go to our bedroom and i would be there after i found her  and i thought about the first place im going to look...the Salem river....it was our special place, it was almost 200 miles from hogwarts and was secluded in mountains....i doubt shes there but im still gonna check.... i use a porkey to teleport there and i see her on the bench we built and run to her and wrap my arms around her waist and teleport back to Grimmauld Place and drag her up the stairs to mine and Remus's room and let her go locking the door and go and kiss remus and sit beside him and with a serous look on my face, signal to the chair infront of the bed 

Hermione POV

"i'm sorry..." i whisper thinking hes gonna yell at me but instead he does the exact opposite "its ok" he says and im about to say something before he continues "but why did you do it?! i mean yea i know your in love with him but i dont understand! why didn't you just teleport here! your bracelet is a portkey for Merlin's sake!" "i couldn't do it! i wanted to go somewhere to calm down for awhile! where no one could find me but you! your like a father to me since i lost my real parents!" he looks at me with happiness "and your like a daughter to us"
