I'm back

Once I wake up Alex is standing in front on me and his hands are on my arm "what are you doing?" I ask as he sighs "I wrapped your arm the bleeding still hasn't stopped" He says as I sit up "ow!" I say grabbing my stomach "what's wrong?" He asks "nothing I'm fine" I say as I stand up and go to the bathroom. I take my clothes off and hop in the shower and clean the dry blood off of my arm without getting the bandage wet. I wash the conditioner out of my hair and turn the water off as I start to dry myself my stomach starts hurting like it's being ripped open "fuck!" I groan as I hold my stomach "sissy!" I hear from the other side of the bathroom door. "Yes?" I ask "I got you clothes" She said as I wrap the towel around me and I unlock the door "thank you" I say as she hands me clothes and walk away

"What the fuck?" I say noticing theirs blood going down my leg 'no I can't be having them right now!' I think as I get dressed. I brush my teeth and feel another pain "fuck!" I mutter as I walk down stairs and I go to the kitchen as I start to clean the dishes "Emily are you ok?" Rossoni asks across the kitchen "yes" I say as I feel another pain but this time it's different. Then everything goes black.

Alex's POV **

I hear a thud and a scream from Rossoni so I run to the kitchen and see Emily on the floor. "What's going on!?" I ask concerned "she just passed out!" Rossoni yelled and I picked Emily up "we need to go to the hospital!" I say as I carry her to the car and I stay in the back seat with her as Rossoni drives. "Hi, how may I help you?" A nurse asked "she's pregnant and she passed out!" Rossoni yells causing people to stare "ma'am please calm down" The nurse said "no what the fuck! Do something!" Rossoni yelled as I nursed rushed out and grabbed Emily

"Thank you" Rossoni said as we sat down "what do you think is gonna happen?" I ask "I don't know Alex she's not supposed to have those kids for another couple months" She says as I nod "I know" I say as I sigh "she'll be ok" I say as she nods and a tear falls down her cheek "whatever" She said as she starts crying and Angie walks in the waiting room crying and Rossoni jumps up hugging her "where is she?" Angie asks as I sigh "we can't see her right now" I say "what did you do!?" Angie screams "ma'am please step out!" security says "fine" She says as her and rossoni walks out and I walk out with them "what did you do?! I know you did something!" Angie screams walking closer to me.

"Step back" I say calmly "or what!? You won't do shit!" Angie yells pushing me back "don't touch me" I say calmly "or what!? Do something!" Angie yells as Rossoni pulls her back "what are you gonna do Alex!?" She asks yelling "get your gang on me Alex! I ain't no bitch!" Angie yells as I walk away "is that what your gonna do if Emily gets mad!? Just leave her!" Angie yells "your not one to talk! You left your husband!" I yell and she shakes her head "you don't know what he did! Do-" I cut her off "what did he do!? Get mad!?" I ask yelling and she chuckles "do you know Emily had to beat the shit outta him?! He abused me! So don't try to start shit if you have nothing on me!" Angie screams as I throw my hands in the air and walk back into the waiting room.

"Alex Guzman?" A doctor asks and I stand up "that's me" I say as he directs me to the back and rossoni and Angie run to the back with me behind them "she's in room 297!" The doctor yells as we all run in and I see Emily holding her face and crying "Lee what happened?" Angie asks "I don't know" She says as she cries harder and she grabs me and I hug her lightly "please don't leave me" She says as I wipe the tears off her face "I won't ever leave you" I say as she cries even harder "Em where are the babies?" Rossoni asks then Emily starts crying even harder and hugs me tighter "they didn't make it" She says
