The New Hunters

So, I haven't updated in like 6 months, so sorry but I don't even know why!!!! I promise I'll keep updating and try not to stop. I'm also starting a new book, so check that out but, again sorry,enjoy the chapter!!

THALIA POV

We leave half blood with two new campers, Julia daughter Hecate and Piper daughter of Aphrodite (duh). We change them into their hunters outfits and head off to do some heroic work. All the wolves are standing around or licking themselves, Adolfo seems to not realize his ear is flipped over so you can see the inside of it...

"Attention hunters " I call "we have two new hunters, Julia and Piper, most if you will know Piper, while none if you will know Julia. She is daughter of Hecate, goddess of magic and is 13 years old. She has made her vows and is one of us. She will need practice with her bow though, and so will piper, Abby, Kate help her practice after this. We will head to a safe house in Michigan for a bit, we will leave at dawn, dismissed."

I pull Kate aside before she can go with Abby, Julia and Piper and tell her "bring your bow, and medical kit, I have feeling that One of you will end up needing some healing.

The next morning Julia is still asleep, so I do what I do with any of my campers, I go get Adolfo and have him drool on her face.

"What!?" She sputters at me dripping wet. "Why am I covered in stupid dog drool?" She asks. Everyone gasps. Someone says "now she's gonna get it"

I don't do anything, I glare at her (trying to use my non existent mind powers to blow her up) and simply say "we're leaving in 10 minutes" I hop onto Adolfo and we run into the forest. As I'm running I hear Kate say "let her go!"

I stop after about 5 minutes, and fall onto the ground and sob. I miss Jason so much, he's my only family besides Zeus and he's not exactly the best father. My breaking point was when Julia called Adolfo stupid. Adolfo was my only real connection to Jason, and she thought he was stupid.

I sit there, and sob "Jason, Jason how could you, I love you so much" over and over. I cry for a good 20 minutes then, head back to our camp. All the tents are ready to go and we head to Michigan.

After we traveled for a day we stop and make camp. I tell Piper, Kate, Abby and Julia to go practice and they head off into the woods. Ashley comes up and asks if she can go too, and I saw no reason why she couldn't so she walked over as well.

I help the other hunters set up camp and start making dinner. It took us about 5 seconds to start a fire, and the 5 minutes to set up tents. So in 5 minutes we never thought that something so bad could happen.

I finally updated!!! *gasps* I know it took forever, but now I'm in the writing groove! I will be updating once a month (at least) and I swear it on the river Styx and would be prepared to swear it in front of the minister of magic! I hope you like this story!!! Remember to comment and vote.
