Chapter 12- Love is you

“well what about kaogme”

Kaided put her heard down “shes very close to death”

“Shes what?” tears met my eyes. ‘no she cant be’

 Kaide lifted her face looking straight into mine. “child there is nothing I can do you had poison in your claws when you hurt kagome now ‘the’ can not live”

I was angry at myself. “there has to be something for me to do ill do anything” I was begging kaided

“well child there is one thing” she looked over to kikyo then back at me. “you must take kagomes soul from kikyos body that keeps her a part of this world”

“WHAT you mean I have to take her life?” kaide nodded. That’s when I heard a giggle. Turning around I saw tears streaming down her face as she laughted.

“well well well that’s great! Now inuyasha can finally decided kikyo or kagome?” sango giggled again as she walked over to kagome.

Picking her up she and kagome hopped on the transformed fox demon and went back to the village. Miroku ran after them so did kaide.

As kaide walked past me she wispered into my ear.

“kikyo has not been a part of this world and kagome still has one please keep kagome alive” departing into the trees I saw kaide disapper. Punching a tree three times as hard as I could I walked over to kikyo who was getting many souls healing her wounds.

“kikyo you have changed you were so nice and beatuifull but you hurt kagome and I did to so I guess were both bad people” walking closer a soul collecter of a redish color came over to kikyo. It was slow but without my choice it started to eat every soul in kikyos body.

“No stop it!” ran to it pulling it away from kikyos body but it was to late kagomes soul slowly was being pulled out kikyo was awake and trying to put it back in but it was slowly still coming out.

“inuyasha help please” kikyo was so despreate.

“that’s kagomes soul” kikyo looked into my eyes.

“yes it is kagomes soul when she was dieing from you hurting her I took it so I would not die.” Kikyo smiled a little then contunied. “ but before I put inside me I saw part of it go inside you for some reason” kikyo started to cry as the soul was seconds away from ending her second life. “but inuyasha let me make this clear when I die kagome will never be the same for all my feelings and all of me is now in this soul as well so I will live with kagome for ever.”

Kikyo closed her eyes as kagomes blue soul turned purple then back to blue. “kikyo” I picked up kagomes soul looking at kikyos body that had suddenly turned into a clay figure. I started to run to kagome where I hoped she was still alive and well.

Kagome p.o.v

I could feel my soul getting closer to me. I didn’t care I wanted inuyasha to be happy and I thought I was doing that by purifing his soul. But I guess I couldn’t make inuyasha happy forever.
