A/N: So… uh, any Fairy Tail fans out there?

I kinda spent most of the time away binge watching it, and I’m kinda obsessed. No, scratch that; I am really obsessed. Fuck, I even listen to the OST and the opening and ending songs constantly on my soundcloud.

Sorry, I just… I had to express that.

Kay, done.

ENJOY:

“It’s cold out here.” Pewdie stated, gripping his deltoids tightly as he shivered vigorously.

Minx shook her head, “Still? Come on, Pewds! You’re from Sweden, shouldn’t you be used to this kind of thing?”

“Hey,” He retorted, “It’s not my fault alright. I haven’t been in Sweden, so I’ve adjusted to the warmer weather.”

“True,” She admitted, a smirk stretching onto her hidden features, “but you don’t see me complaining!”

“Whatever,” The swede grumble while rubbing his hands against his shoulders. Noticing how numb his fingers had become, Pewdie seized the action. He tugged on the ends of his sweater’s sleeves, balling them in his loose fists to cover the exposed flesh, and then tucking them in his armpits with crossed arms. Minx heard a series of quick, clanging noises and laughed when she saw the chattering teeth of her fellow gamer.

“Poor Gandalf,” She teased, “too bad Cry isn’t here to warm up!”

Pewds couldn’t help his shaky laugh. White, wispy puffs of air swirled out of his mouth and into the crisp air as he released the remaining breath from his lungs. Minx broke into her own fit as well, squeezing her stomach as it rose and fell drastically. Once they both calmed down, Pewds wiped fallen tear that had rolled down his cheek with his sleeve,“Yeah, too bad he isn’t. Then again, I don’t think he’d even want to speak with me right now.”

Minx simply hummed, acknowledging that it was probably best to avoid the topic. They both already knew enough about it, and discussing it would just be all the more depressing. Thus, silence fell upon the two let’s players, leaving breathing, Pewdie’s chattering teeth, and the occasional gust of wind as the only audible sounds on the deserted street. As they walked past countless buildings that were either trashed or destroyed, Minx began to question her companion's sense of direction. From the story he had told her the other day, they should have arrived at Cry’s location by now. Also, he had fallen back a bit, unknowingly placing Minx in the lead. She constantly checked for his presence out of her peripheral as they ventured forward, and she couldn’t help but notice the way his bangs hung down to conceal his sad eyes, and the immense frown formed from his lips. Was Cry really that touchy of a subject right now?

A loud shatter echoed from the right, catching the attention of the silent duo and tearing them from their thoughts. Their eyes widened at the sight before them as they turned towards the source of the noise. A thin, yet extremely high alleyway forged from the dark bricks of two massive buildings. Because the buildings were so tall, the alleyway was sheathed in darkness, creating a black, rectangular appearance. One could hardly imagine when the last time it’s unseen ground had been touched by sunlight. The let’s players exchanged glances, (although Minx has a hood covering the top half of her face) gulping at the thought of entering the erie abyss.

“Nope!” Pewds shouted, spinning on his heels.

The brunette yanked him back by his arm, “What if someone’s in there?”
