Eleanor sat on the sofa of her and Richard's home rubbing her now eight-month pregnant stomach. The baby would occasionally kick, making Eleanor smile.

"You're ready to get out of there aren't you?" she whispered.

The baby kicked again and Eleanor laughed.

"You are very demanding."

The sound of the front door open diverted Eleanor's attention. Richard walked in the door, placing the keys on the kitchen counter.

"I'm home."

"Hi, baby. How was your day?"

"It was good. Busy, but good. However, my favourite part of the day is coming home to my two favourite people in the entire world."

Richard sat on his knees in front of Eleanor and placed his hands on her stomach.

"Been kicking a lot, today?"

"Oh yes, they are demanding to come out. They want to explore the world."

Richard leaned forward and kissed her stomach.

"I am so ready to see you come into our world. I am ready to be the best father I can be. I love you so much."

Eleanor smiled at her husband and ran her fingers through his hair.

Richard moved from her stomach and placed his lips into hers, capturing her in a passionate kiss.

"I love you so much, Eleanor."

" I love you too, Richard. You have no idea how much I love you."

"I'm sure this bundle of joy is a very valid point of how much you love me," he stated, pointing at her baby bump.

"That is very true."

Richard captured her lips once again. His hand trailed up the sides of body, finally placing themselves on her cheeks. He pulled away and looked into her eyes.

"This right here, is all I want. For the three of us to be happy for the rest of our lives. I want to come home every day to you and our baby. I want to love you for the rest of my life. I love you, Eleanor Madden. I love you."

"Richard. I can promise you that for the rest of your life, I will be there, and I will love you for the rest of my life. It's you, Richard. It's always been you. I don't want anyone else but you. I love you so much."

The two kissed once again, the kiss slowly breaking into a passionate make out, although Richard was careful of the bump Eleanor currently had.

"Here's to us."

"Forever and always."
