We were at my house studying for a math test. It had been six months since Peyton had shown up. No signs of her at all since. Life was good. I got my boyfriend back, my life is safe, and no one's in danger from a killer ghost. "Hey Cam, this is a weird question, and it's kind of random, but remember six months ago? When we defeated Peyton?" I asked.
"How could I forget? Of course I remember!" He replied.
"Well, when she went through you, how come you didn't die? And even though you were scarred and scratched, you went home perfectly unharmed. The wounds seemed to heal in an instant." I asked, confused.
"Ummm... Sarah, I need to tell you something... And even though you probably wont believe me, you have GOT to trust me." He said, holding my hand.
"Uhhh... Okay... What is it?"
"I'm... an angel." His eyes seemed to glow at that moment.
"Uh, yeah right Cam. How could you possibly be an angel?" I said in a chuckling way. He gave me one of those 'Think about it' looks.
"Think about it Sarah. What have I done in the past that shows I'm an angel?"
"Well, you do come out of no where A LOT, your wounds healed almost instantly... wait... If you can heal and heal others, why didn't you save Peyton?" I asked.
"Because only recently I have upgraded to a Seraph angel, which can do much more than regular angels. I upgraded because I was proven worthy of it by saving you. Before, I could only heal myself, now I can heal others." He said, touching my broken knee. A light came from his hand and in an instant, my knee healed. "Well, there you go." He said, and then he did something else that was amazing too. His eyes glowed baby blue, his skin gleamed pinkish-white, and he revealed the shadows of his wings. They were amazing. They were long and wide. The feathers in the shadow almost seemed to glow. "That's what my wings look like. Do you still love me?" He asked.
"Oh Cam, of course I still love you! I will love you for as long as I live!" We kissed on the lips and hugged each other tight. "I just hope we don't have to go through any more paranormal stuff for the rest of our lives!" But I had no idea what was going to happen next year...
