I couldn't believe it, is this why my mother changed the subject when I asked her for the name of the company? I thought she hated Alvin Juno, and who's friends with my father in this company? All of these questions need answers. But, I don't have a phone. Perfect.

"Are you alright? you seem pale." Shelby asks tilting her head slightly to the side.

"No, no, I'm fine. I'm just overwhelmed that I'm working for such a magnificent company, that's all." I lied, my guts were twisting in a knot. Knowing that I might possibly run into Judith, part of me is ready to see him and apologize for being a hypocrite and give him a chance and the other part of me wants to avoid him at all cost.

"Oh look, it's a little after eleven, the others should be getting back soon. You know, the more I look at your face the more you resemble that girl from that video from the car accident Judith was involved in." Shelby narrows her eyes.

"It is me."

She gasp.

"Yes, I know what your thinking, please don't hate me." I close my eyes ready for the insults and cuss words to come out of her mouth.

"Wow, when everyone recognize you, you're gonna have a lot on your plate."

I was shock that she didn't say anything about me almost killing the heir to this billion dollar company. It's amazing that they hired me after being on the news for 'attempted murder' although it wasn't true. Who's daddy's friend?

Somewhere else inside Junology

Alvin's office

"Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to talk to you about Mr.Hardy." Alvin says over the phone.

There's a knock at the door.

"We'll discuss this later, I have some business to attend to." Alvin hangs up the phone.

"Come in." He commands.

In walks Kaleb with a K, dress handsomely in navy blue and slick back hair. Smirking like before, he sits down in the leather chair in front of CEO, multi-billionaire, inventor Alvin Juno.
Alvin clears his throat and the corner of his lips turn up. These two men are certainly on good terms.

"Top dog, the beautiful lady at the front desk told me you want to see me. I came to bless you with my presence." Kaleb smooths back his hair.

"Haha, you clumsy bastard, of course!" Alvin exclaims, but ends up coughing.

"Judith not here again? Looks like to me he's just handing it over right into my hands." Kaleb chuckles to himself.

"I don't know what's wrong with him these days, one day he's fine, the next, he's depress. Maybe I'm putting too much pressure on him."

"If he cant handle the pressure, then I can't picture him running the company top dog."

"Ever since I made you a candidate for the position of Junology's new CEO, you've been showing nonstop dedication and ambition. I admire that about you." Alvin compliments.

"I've dedicated my life to the company for twelve years."

"Yes and I consider you a son of mine. I need someone to take over the company, my old age and health condition is a problem." Alvin gets up from his chair and walks over to the window to stretch. "Judith is out of the country, he just left for Dubai a week ago."

"Ah, that explains his absence. Hopefully he'll be back before your retirement party."

"I doubt it, knowing him, he'd leave the country for months before returning." Alvin chuckles.
