Rocky POV:

Finally my girls back from the kitchen. "What took you so long babe?" She looked out of breathe and nervous and I didn't know why. "Catherine?" "Hmm, what?" She finally snapped out of whatever trance she was under. "Why'd you take so long? Are you okay?" I asked. She stood there for a few seconds like she was thinking of what to say. "Ya, I-I'm okay." Her voice was kind of shaky. But I let it go, for now. She sat bald down on my lap and put a blanket over us. Then Ross came out. "Hey I completely forgot you left. What took you so long?" Ratliff asked. "Oh, I couldn't find my sweatshirt." He said. "But it's in your hand." "Right, I finally found it." When Ross walked out Catherine got really tense. And didn't even look in his direction. What happened in there between them. "Hey Cat can we talk?" "Sure." We both stood up and walked behind the shed where no one could here our private conversation.

Ratliff POV:

What's with everybody? They all look in such a bad mood. I really don't know why. We're all together again. It's a good thing. But the only down side about them being back is that Ross keeps telling me how much he wants to be with Ashley and Catherine and I can't tell anyone. Not even Rydel and we tell each other everything. "What's with Cat and Rocky?" Rydel asked me. "I don't know babe." Even though I had a pretty good idea that it had something to do with Ross.

Catherine POV:

Oh my god! He knows! How the heck does he know it just happened like ten minutes ago. "Baby what's wrong?" He had a scared look on his face. "Nothing I'm okay, really." "No your not. Ever since you walked out of the house you've been acting weird. And when Ross came out you got tense like really tense. And I haven't seen you that tense since Butter died." Butter was my dog that I got when we moved next to the lynch's. He was a boxer mix. I never new what he was mixed with but he was only two when he got loose and was hit by a stupid car. I don't know what to say anymore. Maybe I should just tell him, but I can't that will ruin this whole family and Rocky doesn't know about me dating Ross all those years ago and I know that if one thing spills out everything will spill out and Rocky would never talk to me again. "I'm not feeling to well that's all." I hate to lie to him. "Okay why don't we go up to my room and lie down." Oh man he's so sweet, how can I do this to him. I don't deserve him. "Okay." We walked out from behind the shed and everybody turned and faced us. "Where gonna call it quits tonight guys, see you in the morning." Rocky said as he held my hand and led me to his room.

I laid down under his covers with my back pressed up against his chest. We had been laying like that for about ten minutes. But it felt a lot longer then that. I need to tell him what happened between Ross and I tonight. Even if it ruins our relationship. I need to risk it. "Babe?" "Hmm?" His face was in the crook of my neck. I could feel his hot breath on my neck every time her exhaled. "I need to tell you something." He sat up and I followed his actions. "So um.." I played with my fingers, as they sat in my lap. "W-when I was getting a drink. I bumped into Ross. And He said he needed to tell me something." "Okay.." Okay Catherine, be blunt. "He didn't say anything he just kissed me." I sighed in relief of him knowing, but when I looked up at his face I got tense again, he looked enraged. "I didn't kiss him back, I pushed him away!" I tried to reassure him. "Rocky." I grabbed his hands, but he snatched them away, and stood up. "Where are you going?" "To talk to Ross." "No Rocky, I didn't tell you that so you could go yell at him." "Cat, just stay here, I'll be right back." He said kissing my forehead before he ran out the door.
