Ashley P.O.V:

We've been staying at the Lynch's house for three days now and still every time I see the remains of our house I get really upset. Cat and I have to share a room with Rydel because my mom never knew that when we slept over before, that it was with our boyfriends, as in the same room. My mom had the guest room. We were so lucky to have people like the Lynch's as friends. No we were more like family. When I walked into the kitchen I had seen that our parents had already left for work. I sat down next to Riker and started eating the toast I saw on my plate.

Across the table Catherine was sitting on Rocky's lap and he was feeding her a carrots. Normally when couples feed each other I want to puke but with them it was cute. "Ratliff!" I turned my head to see Ratliff putting whipped cream on Rydel's nose. Everybody was acting normal, which is good. This was the first time in a while that we were all happy at once.

Ross P.O.V:

It was mid morning when I walked outside and saw Rocky and Cat
walking down the driveway. "Hey where you guys going?" I shouted. They stopped, turning to face me. "We were going for a walk." Rocky said. It didn't occur to me that it was a 'Romantic walk' so I asked if I could join. They looked at each other, then back at me. "Sure." Catherine said. And Rocky shot her a dirty look.

I ran to catch up and thats when Ryland came out. "Hey you guys going for a walk?" He asked running in our direction. "Um Ya." Rocky told him. "Can I join?" He asked. "Why not." Cat stated, sounding slightly annoyed.

Rocky P.O.V:

It was suppose to be a romantic walk, just me and Cat. But she had to let Ross and Ryland join. I guess I can't be mad at her, it was just in her good nature.

I walked to Cat's left holding her hand, while Ross and Ryland walked on the other side of her. It made me mad, and she could tell because she stopped dead in her tracks which yanked me back. "Keep on walking, we'll catch up!" She told them. And so they did. "Rocky don't do this." She told me. "Do what?" "You know what, don't be jealous." She knows me so well. "I can't help it. They both have a thing for you." I stated by pointing in their direction. "Yeah and so what. I love you. Baby you know that." "Yeah I know." I sighed. "Good, now can we just continue on this not very romantic, but actually really awkward walk?" I kissed the top of her head and we ran to catch up with them.

Cat P.O.V:

It was starting to get dark when we were heading back to the house. "Hey Cat I have a question?" Ryland asked. I could tell this wasn't gonna end well because Rocky squeezed my hand. "Okay." "Do you believe in slender man?" "Ryland." Rocky said in a deeper voice than usual. Everybody knew that I hated scary stuff, bad experiences when I was a kid kept me up all night. And monsters and other scary things were the cause of it. "No it's okay babe, yes I have. Why?" "Well I saw the news this morning and someone spotted him in this area." This time I squeezed Rocky's hand. "You're kidding." I said looking around "Yeah I am. Or am I. What's that!" "No!" I buried my head in Rocky's chest. "Dude!" Rocky shouted. Ross punched Ryland in the arm. "What?" Ryland asked. "You know she hates scary crap!" Ross shouted. "I know but I thought it would be funny." "It's cool guys calm down. I'm fine." I said still holding on to Rocky with dear life. "Sorry Cat, I was just trying to get you into the halloween spirt. You know it was only two weeks away." Ryland said. "Yeah don't remind me." For the rest of the walk I was clinging to Rocky, like if I let him go everything would explode. When we got back Ratliff and Rydel were making out on the couch. "Sorry." "We'll get out of your way." I said. "No, no it's okay." Ratliff said as he got off of Rydel. "Well okay then." Rydel said sitting up. Whoops, didn't mean to ruin the moment.

Ratliff P.O.V:

I knew Rydel didn't want to stop, but I felt awkward making out with her when Cat is in the room. Don't get me wrong, I love Rydel but I couldn't help that Catherine was on my mind sometimes. *No stop Ratliff!* I liked Cat, before I ever thought of Rydel as more than a friend. But when Ross took her, and then Rocky took her. I never got a chance to tell her, so I moved on. I'm completely over her, right?

Cat P.O.V:

Halloween was two days away now and I swear with every corner I turned I got scared. Everybody had decorations up, it was terrifying. The band got an opportunity to play a show downtown. They already agreed to play and I wasn't going to go. It was in a haunted mansion. Do you know how me, the girl that screams when she sees a bug would react if I was in a haunted mansion.

*Two Days Later*

Okay so it's Halloween and Ive decided to go to the show. To show support for Rocky, and the rest of my friends. He told me I didn't have to go, he knew I didn't like scary things but, I insisted. "Let's head out gang!" Rydel shouted. Ratliff and I were the last ones out. He stopped me at the door. "What?" "You sure you want to go to this?" He asked me. "Yes, I can handle it, and anyway I should get over my fear." "Well if you believe that maybe you should join us on stage." I went ghost white and froze in place. "Cat, Cat!" Ratliff snapped his fingers in my face. I finally went back to reality. "Cat?" "I'll do it." he looked confused. "I'll do it, I'll perform." I mean I'm going to a haunted house, I might as well die of embarrassment by singing with them. A big smile went on his face. "Really?" I nodded. "Yes!" Ratliff picked me up and spun me around. I couldn't help but laugh. Rocky and Riker walked in. "What are you doing?" Riker asked. Ratliff finally put me down, I was really dizzy. "Cat's going to perform with us tonight!" "What!" Rocky asked. I jumped into his arms. "I'm going to perform with you babe!" "Really?" He kissed me. "I'm so proud of you!" Rocky told me.

We all got in the car and we pretty much crashed because Rydel was driving. And when she was told I was gonna join the gig she almost sent us strait into a tree. Once we got there it was almost time to go on stage. My stomach was in knots! I can't do this, why'd I say I do this! "Rocky I can't do this." He looked so sad. "Baby, yes you can. I'll be right there next to you. I promise." The knots went away a little. I can do this. I can do this! I was so nervous I didn't even notice all of the creepy decorations. *Now, what you've all been waiting for. R5!* OMG OMG where on! What am I doing? I walked out on stage and once I saw all the people I panicked! And ran off. The crowd went from screaming to silence. "Cat!" Rocky ran after me! And someone else did too, but I didn't see who my eyes were to watery. "I can't. I can't! Rocky." He was sitting next to me holding me close to him. "It's okay you don't have to go back out." He told me. "Ratliff what are you doing offstage?" I asked him once I could kind of see again. "I needed to see if you were okay." He told me. "I'm okay, you guys better go out there before everyone leaves." I said lightly pushing them towards the stage. "Maybe I should just stay with you." Rocky pleaded. "No baby, the band needs you I'm fine." I said standing up and gesturing toward the stage. "You sure you going to be okay?" Ratliff asked. "Ya, Ya I'm fine. Go."

They both ran back on stage and began their set. Once they started to play 'Easy Love' the crowd screamed the loudest they had all night. I started to singing along. Not noticing my microphone was still on my ear. I closed my eyes and just really got into the music. Rocky came off stage half way through the song and grabbed me by the arm and pulled me on stage. The band continued to play. "Rocky! What are you doing?" "Sing!" He said. "They love you." He told me, I looked towards the crowd. They were all looking at me. "How?" "Your microphone has been on." I got knots in my stomach again. Ross started to chant. "Cat Cat Cat Cat!" Eventually the whole crowd joined in. I nodded, telling Rocky I was ready to start. They finally started to strum the second verse. I kept my back to the crowd at first, but then I turned and faced the crowd, everybody screamed. This was a night I would have never thought to happen.
