Chapter 13

Logans POV:

The doctor finally came out after 3 long hours of painful anticipation.

"Molly's surgery did better than expected, but she's in a coma"  The nurse says. How. Why. It's been only 3 years from the last attempt and she promised me that she wouldn't do it again. Why just why I think as I go over to Jack and grab him holding him up by his shirt as I demand him to tell me what happened.

"Molly and I had a fight in the car today." he begins and instinctively my hand clenches his shirt tighter. " We are overall better but we didn't get all the time to resolve things because we had to hurry to the house. We didn't tell the others we were not meeting them on time. We got to the house and everything was fine but then for some reason my ex...was there, i hadn't seen her for two years and she was kidnapped the last time i saw her. So out of shock we kissed. Molly freaked out and went upstairs but i swear it didn't mean anything, the EITHER OF US."

"Then why did you guys kiss?!?!" I yell tightening Jacks shirt to the point where Jack is gasping for air

"That's my sister in there?!!! Thanks you to she's now in a coma?!" i say still holding his shirt

"Logan, let go of him?!? Your gonna kill him?!?!" Mikayla yells as she tries to break my grasp from Jack, I decide to let go of him because I'd rather not have another person in the hospital.

"God Logan! What the hell! I told you we only kissed because we never thought we'd see each other and it was an old habit. I immediately regretted it!? Geez man let me go!" Jack yells while catching his breath.

"Look I'm sorry, I don't want to lose her. She's the only family I have left" It's true, Molly is the only person I have left, with my parents and Jake gone it's gonna be awful if Molly leaves too.

Zach's POV:

It's been almost an hour since the doctor came out and told us that Molly was in a coma. Corbyn took Anna, Daniel, and Jonah home, Jack, Mikayla, and Logan insisted on staying just in case Molly woke up, but I know that she won't wake up, I chose to stay because I didn't want anything to happen between Jack and Logan again, also to make sure that Mikayla is okay. With Jonah back at home she's pretty much vulnerable to do anything. Just then the doctor comes in

"The family of Molly Paul?" Just then we all stand up

"You guys should be happy, whatever Molly took was very bad substance. As you guys know Molly is in a coma, and now she is able to have visitors, but since its getting late I can't let you guys see her." and just as the doctor says that Logan shoots up

"Where is she?!?" Logan shouts as the doctor. He's still in shock and I can tell

"She's in her room right now, I can't let you guys see her. Please go home and get rest." The doctor says back

"I'll take him home Zach, please stay with Jack. He's gonna need someone with him tonight. Be safe." Mikayla says before heading out with a now crying Logan

"This all my fault Zach" Jack says out of the blue

"What do you mean Jack"

"I mean, if I didn't kiss Anna then Molly wouldn't have done this. Her and I just got home from a fight too, this shouldn't of happened." Jack says trying to hold in tears

"Jack, she didn't try to kill herself just because of you. Haven't you seen her social medias lately, she's been posting so much sad and depressing stuff on there and she's been getting so much hate lately. We all didn't see this happening. We all should be blaming ourselves because we didn't help her out when she needed us the most" I say trying not to cry. Molly is like an older sister to me.  The night Molly and Jack reunited, her and I talked about everything. It's like right in that moment her and I became best friends, I knew about Jack's parents divorce and about Molly but I didn't know that both of them have liked each other since they were 6.

"But I could've been there for her, if I wasn't my dumb self this wouldn't of happened." Jack says. At this point he was crying, I've never seen him like this before. It's scary
