"I've come so now what?" Tenumi exclaimed, trying to get the attention of the person around him as well. "Before that, I have to say, it was a good choice to knock Aeri unconcious. To make it not suspicious after, you even went out of your way to coerce him into sleeping." The voice seemed to come from all directions. "Aeri, why Aeri?" He questioned. "That's a story for another day, my dear Tenumi. Now I've always wanted to know something... You're a hybrid aren't you?" Tenumi's eyes widened when he heard the voice say that. He then heard a chuckle. "Your reaction says it all. You're really like an open book." He sighs, somewhat disappointed at himself. "First, you know how to kill off beings aside from mortals, and now you know this..." He mutters quietly, but it does not go unheard. "I'm sure I said it recently. Nonetheless, I'll say it again. I represent life itself. Why would I not know how to end something I started?"
Finally, she revealed herself as she continues on. "Now, as to why I know you're what you are..." She said as she moves towards him. "There's life in you, I can barely sense it but it's there." Tenumi flinched at her touch. He knew this side existed but interacting with it in close proximity is still somewhat spine chilling for him. She silently laughs at this reaction, finding his fear amusing.
"Well, anyway...!" She goes back to her cheerful side. "It's time I finally show you how to kill of 'immortals'." All of sudden, a group of people, a group of Death Collectors appeared. They were all tied up, some unconcious while the ones awake were fearing for their lives. "Oh would you look at that! Test subjects have appeared!" She said as she circled the group. With swift movements, she grabbed one of them, a girl by the collar. "The depths of beings will always have a soul..." She started as her crimson eyes glowed. "...though hidden in this vessel, a chance to take it arises only for the ones with overwhelming power..." As she continues, Tenumi notices her free hand glowing the same shade as her orbs. "...with said abilities I possess, I shall take their core forcefully, giving them death!" Once she finished chanting, she plunges the glowing hand on the poor girl's chest. Blood splatters as soon as it makes contact. After a bit, she retracts her hand, bringing along something that looked like a soul. Her victim falls to the ground as soon as she let go, not moving, presumably dead.
With the 'soul' in hand, she walks toward Tenumi and gives it to him. "This is a soul of an 'immortal'. You and I, even Aeri has it, though I guarantee you that I won't be taking it anytime soon. I surely hope that you won't take mine as well once you learn how." Tenumi stares at it with an unreadable expression. He had mixed feelings about this but there was one that stood up the most. "...Akari... what have you done?!" With a pained reaction, he asked. This surprised her at first but she immediately regained her composure. "It took me years to learn this. Even longer to get enough power to use it." She said with a serious face. "I can imagine that but why did you have to kill an innocent?! What, just to show me?!" His words made Akari laugh. "Tenumi, Tenumi... You need to learn how to control that temper of yours. I chose her, no, I chose everyone here as a test subject because they once hurt your 'precious' Aeri." Once Tenumi learns about this, his eyes widened. "T-they did what...?" Akari then began to explain. "Many, and I mean many beings have hurt your Aeri long before you came into existance. These are just the unlucky few that I heard were doing such things."
Tenumi closes his as if to assess everything that just happened. This moment of tranquillity was broken by Akari though. "You can do this as well once I teach you. Your connection with Aeri transfers some of his powers to you. Its mostly just so you'll be able to stay in the realm he's currently in but its also possible for you to take it for yourself. It'll be barely noticeable as well because of how powerful Aeri is." They both look at each other dead in the eye. "Now, shall I teach you how to punish the ones that drove your Aeri to despair?" Akari asked with an evil smile on her face. "With pleasure." Tenumi answered, a sadistic grin plastered on his.
