To Tenumi's surprise, Aku was the one leading the both of them to a new place. What's even more so is that they're going through a highly populated area. Literally almost every mortal around them were dropping like flies. This means enemies but Aku makes quick work of them. Tenumi doesn't even get the chance to help with how fast Aku is taking their foes down. At first, Tenumi was amazed, but as time went on, he wanted a piece of the action.
"Aku..." He called out. After creating a barrier, Aku responds, his words filled with concern. "Is something wrong? Did you get hurt? Even though I'm literally death, I know a bit of healing magic." Ignoring most of his sentences, Tenumi pouts and crosses his arms. "I'm so bored...!" He complained, looking off to the side. In actuality, Tenumi expected (and wanted) his companion to get angry, scold him, or at the very least, sigh at him. What he got was different though. Since Tenumi was sitting on the ground, Aku patted his head. "I'm sorry. I guess I was doing most of the 'fun'." He said as Tenumi looks up at him. With a surprised look in his face, Tenumi nods quietly.
Aku retracts his hand and helps Tenumi to stand up. "Okay then..." He started to take away their shield. "I expect you to work alongside me with harmony." After their defences were down, Aku immediately dashes over to the enemies in front of them. Meanwhile, Tenumi fought the ones at the back. Of course, the both of them were outnumbered, but their combined strength made everything easy. It already was, even when only one of them was fighting.
After clearing them all out, (and Tenumi fighting the urge to kill everyone else) Aku leads the both of them to a house around the edge of the city they're in. He stops in front of the door and motions for Tenumi to enter. Confused and curious about this, he walks forward... and bumps into the door. Tenumi groans and looks at the obstacle that stopped him, then to Aku who was observing his actions. "Surprised?" He asked with no trace of mockery in his voice. "The one who owns this place, Lukas can interact with us. He can make the things that he own act the same way." Aku explained as he unlocked the door. The action was alien to Tenumi, but he just shrugs it off and goes inside after Aku.
The place was normal to some extent. Mythical creatures like faeries and trolls are seen all around. It was breathtaking to Tenumi. He already had encounters with other creatures, he even accidentally provoked some, but the ones present here were ones that he haven't seen yet. "Oh, Mr. Aku. Long time no see!" A creature unknown to Tenumi spoke. "Hello there, Ms. Fae. I'm fulfilling a promise I made to Lukas. Do you know where he is?" Aku questioned. "He's in the kitchen right now, making himself another cup of coffee." The fae answered with a small laugh. "It's an inside joke." Aku explained to Tenumi as he lead him into another part of the house.
What awaited there was a young man fixing himself a drink. He immediately notices the new individuals that came into the room. "Aku!" He exclaimed as he sets the cup aside and approached the two. "Let me guess, you want me to take you to Edel again?" Aku said in a teasing manner, gently head-patting his blonde hair despite being shorter. "I want to see her." The man glossed over at the other's taunt. Aku then side steps, leaving Tenumi in complete view. "Ah, another mythical creature?" He asked, his attention now on Tenumi as he circled him inquisitively. "They're more humanoid unlike most ones. Normal looks, normal body, in fact, they're so normal looking that if you said that he was human, I would believe you. Oh, transforming type, maybe?" He stopped his action and looked at Tenumi, hoping for an answer. Still confused, Tenumi shakes his head. "No? This is so intriguing... Aku, what's this one called?" The man returned to examining the confused Tenumi. "He's a Death Collector." Aku simply says while trying his hardest not to laugh. He grows red in embarrassment and quickly moves away from Tenumi. "Oh. Um, sorry?" He awkwardly says. "I don't believe I've said it yet, my name is Lukas." He gives his hand for a shake. Tenumi slowly takes it, and tries his best to give a friendly smile.
