The days after what had happen was very awkward for you and oulo.

Clearly oulo was punished to the point that he had to clean almost everything.

You promptly asked Levi if you could help but he simply refused to. Saying that he needs to take his punishment.

After walking away you planned to go against Levi and decided to help oulo.

This surprised him after everything he had done you still is willing to him.

This made oulo feel so much guilt that he treated you like a monster and yet you remained.

Now grabbing a broom you decided to broom the floor in the room oulo was in.

"Y/n" he called softly a shadow seemed to cover his eyes as you continued to broom.

"Yes oulo" you smiled brightly as he looks at you before going back to cleaning muttering about something.

"Why do you even try to help me...after what I did...you could've easily killed me but instead you...were upset why?" He asked as is voice sounded strained.

"Well first off I have to keep my cool especially for the new cadet that are arriving soon." You spoke as you groomed more.

" and even if I were to kill you do you really think that the right way to do that? No of course it isn't because not only will I be sent to court I'll be transferred to the military police and only then I'll make my escape and I'll never returned here.."

You place the broom and went to oulo who was still scrubbing hard.

You kneeled and place a hand on his shoulder which made oulo paused his actions.

"Oluo...weather you like it or not I'm part of the squad we can't work together if we aren't cooperating then think about how the squad will fall apart.." he nodded not responding his eyes a bit dull.

"I already forgive you alright no need for you to be upset so please..." You smiled slightly.

His eyes widen a bit before making a "tch" and nod.

You got up and grabbed the broom as you both finally started clean peacefully.

"Brat you probably should go and rest I'll take it from here" oluo spoke crossing his arms.

"Oh no worries he'll-"

"He'll come sooner or later if you don't go you know he'll check up on me to see if it up to his standards" he said quietly.

You shrugged your shoulders and decided to continued.
This made oluo very nervous as both heard footsteps down the hall.

"Tch you brat get out of here" he whispered loudly as you shook your head in refusal.

They got closer and closer til the door opened revealing Petra who was handling a tray with cups of tea ready to be drinked.

"Oh it's Petra" he sighed in relief as she set down the tray on a nearby table. Walking towards you before looking back at oluo confused.

"Y/n Your helping oluo with his punishment?" She asked as you nodded

"Yeah I feel it wasn't fair for him so I decided to help out no matter what people say I'm still going to help" you smiled lightly as Petra did the same.

"Well then let's hope the captain doesn't find out cause you know how he gets when others help out"

You nodded as oluo gets up and stretches out as he remained there.

"Well then this room is fucking done imma go for the next"he said nonchalantly as he picked up a bucket that was full of water.

Quickly passing you he grabbed a clean rag from the chair before leaving the room.
