I walk out onto the field with my female classmates, chit chatting and giggling. Mr.Aizawa's standing on the field with his hands in his pockets. "Today we'll be testing the limits of your quirks with a quirk assessment test". He explains."But sir! We'll miss the opening ceremony!". Ochaco points out to the teacher. "If you really want to make the big leagues you can't waist time on pointless ceremonies". He answers her. "Here at U.A. we're not tethered to traditions, that means I get to run my class however I see fit".
He's gonna be a badass, isn't he?
He turns to Katsuki with his normal bored expression. "Bakugou, you managed to get the highest score in the entrance exam". He points out, everyone turning to said male. "What was the farthest throw in softball in junior high?". He asks.
"Around 67". Katsuki answers. "Try using your quirk". Mr.Aizawa tells him. Katsuki walks up the the circle and Mr.Aizawa tosses him the softball. Katsuki stretches and does a wind up, then throwing the ball with an explosion.
"DIE!".
"All of you need to know you're capabilities, it's the most rational way to figure out your potentials as pro heroes". Mr.Aizawa explains, holding up a little device that shows Katsuki's score. 705.2. Katsuki walks back towards the group. "Good job, Ka-chu!". I tell him. "Tsk".
"Wow!".
"Cool!".
"This is gonna be fun!"."It looks like fun...you say?". Mr.Aizawa questions. "So you were planning to spend your three years here having a good ol' time? What happened to become heroes?". He questions. "All right then". He starts, his expression turning dark.
"In that case, new rules: The student who ranks last in total points will be judged 'hopeless' and instantly be expelled". He explains. He brushes his hair out of his face, a tired gaze shooting at us. "Our freedom means we dispense with students as we please!".
"Welcome, to this the department of heroics!".
---
"This is our first day here!! You can't just expel us!!". Ochako tells Mr.Aizawa.
"Natural disasters, massive accidents, ego-mad villains. All kinds of calamities can happen when we least expect them. Japan's now positively drenched in 'unreasonable'. And it's our job as heroes to reverse it all, and restore reason".
"If you were counting on a friendly chat at the local McDonald's after school, that's too bad. From now on, for the next three years all you can expect from your life at U.A. is one hardship after the next".
"This is plus ultra".

Trial 1: The 50-Meter Dash
I stand at the front of the line, a teen with red spiky hair and red eyes next to me. "Good luck!". I wish him. He sends me a thumbs up and a sharp toothy grin. "You too!". He says enthusiastically. "Eijirou Kirishima". "(Y/n) (L/n)".
"READY...SET...START!".
I lift myself up and shoot myself across, landing with a roll. "3.00 seconds!". The robot cheers. I'm the last to go, and I'm the fastest. I could have teleported but I'm not sure if it would have rendered.

(Y/n) (L/n)
Her Quirk: Psychic!
She can use her own energy to do many things with many limits!
For example, she can use her energy to float herself off the ground or to lift someone else up!---
Trial 2: The Grip Strength Test
I use my quirk to put pressure on the grip test, gripping it as hard as I can. The machine beeps, I hold it up to look at it. 100 kgw. I let out a sigh of relief, getting a pretty okay score. "Wow! You did pretty good!". I look over my shoulder, seeing Eijirou.
"Oh, thanks!". I thank him with a bright smile. "I'm surprised that I did so well, considering that my quirk is mostly just telekinesis". I give off a nervous giggle. "How did you do?". I ask him, tilting my head. "Around 200-300, only because of my quick". He answers, holding up his arm and turning it hard. "Wow! Your quick is so cool, Eiji-chu!". I tell him, starts in my eyes.
His eyes widen, pink growing on his cheeks "E-Eiji-chu?". He questions the nickname. "I give everyone nicknames! I shorten their first name and add 'chu', like the kiss noise!". I explain. His pink evolves into a darker shade, scratching the back of his neck with a chuckle.
"Hehe, thanks!".
Trial 3: The Standing Long Jump
I activate my quirk and float across, landing on my feet instead of my butt. "Landed on my feet this time! Yay!". I cheer, clapping my hands. "Way to go!". Mina cheers. "You did great!". Ochako cheers. "Thanks! Min-chu! Ocho-chu!". I thank them, their cheeks turning pinker at the nicknames.
Trial 4: Sustained Sideways Jump
I take a deep breath and hold my hands together, making myself teleport from left to right in matters of seconds. The timer runs out and I stumble to stay up. "(L/n), are you fit to continue?". Mr.Aizawa asks me. I hold my thumb up, panting. "I could do this all day!".
Trial 5: The Pitch
Remembering from when Ochako had her turn, I use my quirk to teleport the ball to the other side of...something. Mr.Aizawa held up the devise to show a infinity.
"ANOTHER INFINITY?!?!".
Next is Izuku. He slowly walks up, his head hanging low. "YOU CAN DO IT, IZU-CHU!". I cheer for him. He takes the ball and winds up a throw, throwing the softball.
"46 Meters!".
My expression drops. "I erased your quirk". Mr.Aizawa tells him, his hair floating in the air. "It defies reason. How did somebody like you manage to enter this academy". Izuku turns pale at the older male, shocked by the fact. "The quirk of the pro hero, Eraser Head". I speak up, telling my classmates.
"PRO HERO!?!?".
---
Izuku winds up another throw, taking a deep breath as he does so. He throws the softball, it rockets through the sky with a loud 'woosh'. It falls to the ground and bonuses. Mr.Aizawa holds up his new score, getting 705.3 meters.
He clenches his fist, a satisfied wide smile on his face. I notice that his finger is turning a shade of purple.
'Since when did Izu-chu have a quirk? For as long as I've known him, he's been quirkless, so where did this quirk come from? It's deferentially not Inko's or his fathers, so who's?'.
