You pulled up to the parking lot, and stepped out of your car. You grabbed your phone, keys, wallet, and your water. You were nervous about meeting your idol in person. Lin-Manuell Miranda was a legend, and you were going to meet him and others. You realized you were at the door of the theater and you took one last deep breath before opening up the door. When you stepped inside you saw the stage in front of you. You didn't exactly know what to do, so you just kind of stood there and looked of Lin from the back. Suddenly you heard. "Ah! Y/N! It's nice to finally meet you!" You hear Lin say walking you way with outstretched arms. When he got to you, you hugged him, it was like you had known him since you were little.

"It's nice to meet you too!" You reply with a smile.

"Well, let me introduce you to everyone else," he says leading you to the back of the theater and into a room where everyone was in. "Okay guys, so this is the girl that I showed to some of you today. I told you she'll be filling in for Renée. Y/N this is the cast."

"Hi." You say nervously. You get a lot of hellos back.

"Well Y/N, this is Phillipa Soo. She plays your sister Eliza. This is Jasmine Cephas Jones. She plays your other sister Peggy and Maria Reynolds. This is Leslie Odom Jr. he plays Burr. This is Anthony Ramos, he plays John Laurens. This is Okieriete Onaodowan, he plays Hercules Mulligan and James Maddison. This is Renée Elise Goldsberry and as you know she plays Angelica. This is Christopher Jackson, he plays George Washington. And the last person here right now is Daveed Diggs, and he plays Lafayette and Thomas Jefferson." He exclaimed to me.

"It's a pleasure to meet you all." You say trying your best to make a good impression.

Suddenly Phillipa, Jasmine, and Renée stood up and hugged me. I relaxed after that. They were so nice and caring. "Thank you SO much Y/N. If you weren't here, the Hamilton would have been canceled all together! We couldn't find anyone that could even remotely sing Renée's parts." Phillipa explained to me.

"Yeah thank you so much! Hey I have an idea!" Jasmine stated after they all let go. She turned to Lin. "Can we take Y/N on a tour?" She asked. Phillipa and Renée have Lin puppy dog eyes.

"Sure but we have to start to prep Y/N in 10 minuets." He said sternly. You all jumped up and down and they dragged you out the door to show you around.

"So this is our dressing room, we all share it." Phillipa said and led us down another hallway.

"This is the recording room, even though we've already released the play list we still use it for any additional things." Jasmine said. "And that's really all we have to show you. Now, let's go back to our dressing room."

Once you were in the dressing room you all sat down in a circle on the floor. "You guys are really sweet. I've been here for 15 minuets and I feel like I've been friends with you since we were toddlers!" You exclaimed happily.

"Aww!" They said and pulled you into another group hug. After you let go of each other, Lin walked in and called you all to the stage.

"Okay So Y/N, we need to work on The Schuyler Sisters. Do you know any of it?" He asked

"Yeah, I've got it memorized. I was listening to it all day since we talked." You explained to him. He looked impressed.

"Okay well I guess we can run through it, and I'll see how you do with it yourself before you learn the choreography." He replied. You nodded. You, Jazz, and Phillipa went up on stage.

The musics started and Leslie began to sing. "There's nothing rich folks love more
than going downtown and slummin' it with the poor.
They pull up in their carriages and gawk
at the students in the common
Just to watch them talk.
Take Philip Schuyler: the man is loaded.

his daughters, Peggy, Angelica, Eliza
sneak into the city just to watch all the guys at-"
You walked out into the middle to sing "Angelica!"
You step to the side to see Phillipa twirl into the middle and sing
"Eliza!"
She steps aside so Jazz could hop in and sing
"And Peggy!"
You all joined together to sing "The Schuyler Sisters!"
You sang all your parts perfectly- (just your parts so you can skip to....)
"Daddy doesn't need to know.

When you finished Renée ran up to you on stage and almost tackled you to the ground with a hug. You hugged back and soon felt Jazzy and Phillipa's arms around you.

End of Rehearsal

You were all back in the meeting room, and so far you had met everyone except Anthony and Daveed, but that changed very quickly. "Y/N! You were amazing today!" You heard someone say from behind you. You turned around to face both Anthony and Daveed. Daveed caught your eye, well more specifically his fluffy hair did. You suddenly had this warm fuzzy feeling inside of you that you knew all too well.

"Hi."

"You were beautiful out there today Y/N." Daveed said looking at you.

"Thanks. You were both really good today too. I'm really impressed with your rapping skill Daveed."

"Thank you!" He replied.

And since then the two of you were best friends. You would always come to each other with problems and would always cheer each other up. There was a special connection the two of you shared, and you could feel it pulling you closer together. You didn't necessarily like it. After what Jay did to you, you didn't know if you could love someone romantically again.
