What is  Love?

Ayon kay Merriam-Webster's Dictionary

Love is a strong affection, warm attachment, or beloved person.

Ayan, may definition na tayo ng love.

Sabi nila Love Story ito, kaya dapat alam natin kung ano ang definition ng love. Pero sapat ba na inalam lang ang definition sa dictionary?

Hanapin pa natin ng ibang meaning ang love.

According to my research (a.k.a. from old english romance novels)

Love is powerful.

Seriously, for sure alam niyo ang mga linyang "Love conquers All"

Do you know the story Romeo and Juliet? Well, para sa pag-iibigan nila kahit sa kamatayan gusto nilang magkasama. See the power?

As long as there is love you are willing to fight for, you can do many great things. Hindi ko nga lang masasabi kung yung great na iyon ay maganda nga talaga.

Ok, yan lang talaga ang alam ko about love. I'm no expert.

What my point in telling you what I know about love is, I don't actually know a thing about it.

Why would I want to know much about love when love is the reason why I'm stuck in a place I call Home?

Curious ba kayo kung paano ako nastuck sa sarili kong bahay?? I'll tell you a story first then mine ok??

May isang babae na nakatira sa isang mataas na tore na walang pinto o hagdan man lang. Ang babaeng ito ay may napakahabang buhok.

Kilala niyo na ba kung sino yung kinukwento ko? Kung si Rapunzel ang sagot mo, tama ka!! Kung hindi, saang ilalim ng bato ka naninirahan at hindi mo alam ang kwento ni Rapunzel?

Ok, since alam niyo na naman ang kwento ni Rapunzel, I'll tell you my story.

My name is Princess and I lived in an old victorian mansion near our vineyard (taniman ng ubas) and the whole property is surrounded by walls high enough to hide the world outside. I'm stuck in time well not literally but I know that the world outside is advancing towards the future. There is no technology in the mansion. We have electricity but they only use it for the lights, fans and some of the appliances in the kitchen and the telephone in my butler's room. I've read a couple of books describing stuff like a television or radio but unfortunately we don't have those here. It's like I live in my own world. The workers at the vineyard can leave the property after their work is done but I cannot talk to them and well they are not allowed to talk to me either. The mansion has four maids, three chefs and my butler's name is Richard. Did I mention that there are guards watching the whole property? Only the workers can go out but the maids, chefs, even  me and my butler cannot leave the place. Especially me. I have never set foot outside those walls. All that i may need is here in the mansion. My tutors visits me here, but they are not allowed to talk or teach me anything about the things that is happening outside.

Wala naman akong ginawang masama para mabuhay ako ng ganito, kaya tinatanong ko si Mama sa tuwing binibisita niya ako kung bakit hindi ako pwede lumabas. Ang sabi niya, dahil sa isang pagkakamali kung bakit nagsimula ang lahat at Love daw ang pinagmulan ng pagkakamaling iyon.   

How can I have a love story when I would never meet anyone else?

 But I can't talk as if my life is ending now, cause it's just the beginning.
